Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location within walking distance of many Santa Fe attractions and restaurants. The on-site pool was utilized and was very nice for the November days we were there. Would definitely return to this location when visiting Santa Fe.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and in a relatively good location; a 10-15 min walk into town. The rooms are slightly dated and the gym, pool are small for the amount of people that stay there so it can get crowded. The shuttle was out of service during our stay as well.

Lots of places not opening due to Covid-19 restrictions. However, still plenty to see and do and good to see businesses being responsible and putting the health and safety of their customers first even if that means they have to close.

Loved this hotel! The room was comfortable and had a balcony, check-in was super easy and quick, the front desk guy was very friendly and accommodating plus I really enjoyed the area. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful week stay!! The building is slightly dated however very clean, attractive, and wonderful facilities! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our condo had all we needed and was attractive. Our bed was very comfortable! The community area was great with free laundry facilities, nice workout center, pool table, heated pool, and other attractive amenities. Would look forward to staying here again!

My husband and I enjoyed this place! Its in a nice area and only a few minute walk to downtown. The rooms are very nice, equipped with utensils you need in your kitchenette. I also appreciated how quickly housekeeping responded if we needed anything. Typically for us it takes hours for them to deliver things but we got our items within minutes. The bed ok. Too soft of a mattress for us but if you like a soft mattress, youll love the bed. The pillows were really comfortable! We loved the patio outside our room. A clean, great, intimate place to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel lobby was the best smelling lobby Ive ever experienced! It was like a coconut tropical smell. I wished they had used that scent in our room! But I know everyone doesnt like that scent so housekeeping cant put that in every room. Our room didnt smell that great when we first got there. It smelled like cooked food unfortunately. Thank goodness we had brought essential oil spray that took the smell out a little. Overall my husband and I liked this place and would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who visits.

Great place with friendly staff. Just a few minutes from great sites of Santa Fe. I hear its even close to ski slopes. Nice to be in snow again. This resort makes it easy for me to visit Santa Fe any time I like. Very nice facilities. Looking forward to my next visit.

The staff was awesome. Safe quiet place. My room was dirty. The dining table was sticky old food was on it and the coffee table had crumbs. The front desk switched me rooms. My new room was nice but the fireplace didnt work. Overall the rooms could of been cleaner and a nice warm fireplace would of been great.

Very poor Customer Service. Planned a last minute trip with my Husband as we just got married and were really looking forward to staying here. Upon arrival the guy at the counter was very rude. They also did not inform us that the $100 deposit needed to be on a card they tell me after they swiped my card and charged the resort fee. All I had was cash on hand, It was 1030 at night and we could not go anywhere to load money on a card. We even offered to give a $300 deposit but they declined. I think any accomodations could have been made, Ive stayed at many hotels across the US as I travel a lot and have never had such a bad Experience with a hotel. I understand theres a policy but wow, they even denied giving us a refund. So we were out almost 100 dollars and had to spend more money for a different hotel. Stay away! I even called the next day to talk with a Manager and she was just as rude and not very helpful. I guess this is how a Veteran and his new wife get treated.

Good location. We needed a last minute room on a holiday travel day and opted for this spot because it was a suite with a kitchenette. Worked great for our little family.Be aware there is a resort fee that you pay on top of the nightly rate. We didnt get the benefit of the resort since we arrived late at night and checked out the next morning but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and that was all we really needed anyway.

Very friendly and accommodating. The staff was helpful with suggestions of sites to see, local restaurants, and informed directions to help avoid road repairs. What more can you ask for a vacation?There was also a travelers computer area for whatever!! I loved it !

Check in process was delayed and lengthy. No hot water on one day. Room felt dank. Fabric couch in room was oily and therefore unpleasant to sit on. Also no housekeeping when we were here. Not sure how this place is getting such good reviews.

Great location. Less than half a mile walk to down town. Though near major street my unit was quite.My deluxe unit has bedrooms with its TV, closet and very comfortable bed. Bathroom is of good size with bathtub and a shower. Living-room with fireplace, and large screen TV. with dining corner with table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, mixer, bread toaster and coffee machine. Plates utensils, pots, and dishwashing supplies.Wifi is free but of limited speed. I measured 6 MBS for download and only 0.5 MBS for upload. Certainly you expect faster internet in such a place.There is a swimming pool. Parking is adequate and parking fee is included in daily resort fee which is about $12.5.Staff is very friendly. Lobby is great. Overall very nice place to stay in Santa Fe. I would return.

Just checked in. Nice reception, beautiful suite. Very nice lobby.After the stay, not so impressive. The room had lots of maintenance issues. One problem was they put us in an ADA suite which was on the third floor. Not sure how they justify putting such a suite on the third floor but whatever. And we had no need of an ADA facility but wasnt told it was ADA either on the website during reservation nor at check in. Dont like it at all.Will not go back most likely.

We had the unfortunate opportunity of staying at your facility for the evening. Upon entering our room, we discovered that the bed had no sheets or blankets or mattress pad. Secondly we discovered that there were no wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. Third we discovered there was no shower curtain. The front desk apologized and claimed that it was checked off as cleaned.When I decided to get some ice from the ice machine, I found the ice machine to be unplugged and removed from its location and stitting in the hallway.The final misgiving was provided by the loudest piercing sound coming from the shower. It was horrendous.I am rather unhappy with this stay and it is only 10:04pm.

Great place to stay if youre in Santa fe.. we enjoyed the room.. hot tub.. and the small kitchenette.. would like to see the resort add a small toaster oven so you could bake biscuits or cookies.. lol. Small detail but still an overall great place to stay!

Terrible. Everything. They said over the phones was completely wrong. Since I was commuting from Arizona I asked if things were different in terms of dining and CVOID 19 being open. After consulting with NM website I was greeted with the entire state being on hold. I called to confirm and was told that all COVID restrictions were lifted and was advised not to cancel. They just wanted money

I travel a lot for work, and for the $ this place is amazing. At first I wasnt thrilled about the resort fee, but you get a free shuttle and laundry. Super clean and nice. I cant recommend this place enough. Would have expected to pay $50-$100 more per night .

TVs suck, picture doesnt fit the screens. Batteries were dead in 2 remotes, did not turn over our room. Not going to blame the for the pool and spa was closed due to COVID19.

Villas de Sante Fe was great! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere provided an at home feeling with a touch of New Mexico flare!

The fitness center is closed. They should try limited users at one time so that guest can still work out if they desire.

Our room is perfect, clean. The gentlemen working at the front desk was very professional, and polite. Were here for 5 night, and its my 3rd time here.

Clean and comfortable. Essentially a timeshare hotel, but outsiders might be able to find necessary lodging for a few days. The GM, Anthony is most welcoming and genuine. Id give it full stars compliment, but I felt the other welcomes to be corporate canned auto greetings with smiles. Have a great lobby with complementary mom alcoholic beverages.

Very nice! Our family was very happy here for 2 nights! The beds and pull out beds are very comfortable! The rooms are very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The location is nice too! There are a couple of great grocery stores nearby as well as drug stores. The kitchenette was just what we needed! I highly recommend this place!

The room was dirty, carpet was stained, the ceiling fan was wobbling like an earthquake was amidst. The staff at the counter argued with me over the deposit. I tried to stay somewhere else, they wouldn’t release me from my reservation. I called the manager this morning and he’s giggling on the phone like I’m comical. I stay abroad along with the U.S very frequently. This is the furthest from a resort and they have 0 customer relations.

Staff friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. I spent a week here great base of operations for northern New Mexico. Ten minute walk to town plaza. Santa Fe is very walkable

This was an excellent hub location to get downtown and enjoy Santa Fe. I had meetings all week at the convention center that placed this as an ideal location for home base. I was impressed with the exercise room and the coffee/tea bar. The kitchen was an awesome amenity to store the raspberries and blackberries I picked up to munch on from the organic market up the street. I also found a great hamburger walk up restaurant nearby to get my burger fill! Overall, I was impressed with the accommodations and the location! 5 stars.

These are spacious mostly one bedrooms in a good location ten minutes walk to the Plaza. Units have full kitchens. The apartments lack the typical Santa Fe character but you get a good value in return for that tradeoff.

This place was absolutely amazing. Right away I was greeted by the front desk and was told welcome home. When I went into the room it was amazing. It was fully stocked with basics on cooking and dishes. It has a grill and hot tub. It was all very welcoming

Very impressed with the hotel. Came here for a business trip, but brought the family to vacation while Im working. I wish there was breakfast, but the coffee bar is fantastic! They have books and DVDs to borrow, and coloring books and crayons for kids. Didnt use the gym or pool. Very nicely decorated lobby area, staff has been more than accommodating and helpful. Easy walking distance to plaza. We didnt use our car the whole time we were here. The deluxe has a full kitchen, including a blender for margaritas! Full fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, even dishwasher. List of amenities says you can request crock pots and several other homey things. We will stay here again!

So far so good. The service is fantastic and the room is great (our room has mini kitchen including a microwave, a dish washer, a fridge, a futon bed, and a huge king bed). They have free laundry, hot tub and gym. Even better, they have a shuttle bus which comes every 10-15 min taking you to downtown and nearby stores. Love love love

The 10 am checkout is ridiculous. Not everyone goes to bed at 9. Should be charged for a half day since you cant check in until 4. Definitely a cheap hotel, they should be listed as a 1 or 2 star. Met others who stayed at much nicer hotels with more reasonable hours for the same price.

Best Hotel Stay In Years!!! Room was oversized, clean and comfortable.Shuttle dropped me off and picked me up downtown for dinner. Best of all was the 5 star service from the staff. Great location and friendly staff. Villas de Santa Fe in unusual for a timeshare in that it is located in town only about a half of a mile walk the plaza. Our room was in need of renovation with loose floor tiles beds that were not the greatest in comfort. One really nice service is a shuttle that will take guest to the museum area and Canyon Road. Coffee, tea and newspapers are provided in the lobby. Internet access is available throughout the property. There is a swimming pool and a decent work out room.

Staff awesome, coffee good. AC in room poor, not comfortable for sleeping.

Its close to the major attractions and near all the good food! Service is amazing and we loved it. Walls were a little thin but we werent there to sleep!

These condos are fantastic. The rooms are very spacious, well furnished, and provide everything one needs/expects. The staff is very accommodating as we had some physical handicaps, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. The optional amenities that are offered go above and beyond what I had expected and allowed us to save money by not having to purchase additional household items. If we return, no doubt we will stay here again.

Our room (one bedroom) was cozy and relaxing. The resort had a lot more to offer than expected. There is a decent size gym, a billiard room, a heated pool and hot tub. The price was very reasonable. It’s not directly in La Plaza, but very close, and they offer shuttle services if you don’t want to walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful (thanks Damian)! A big thank you to whoever cleaned our room (2305) prior to our arrival. That room was spotless! I will definitely stay there again next time I go to Santa Fe!

We checked in and got to our room where the was a huge pile of trash outside our door. We went out to get food for cooking and came back.... trash was still outside our door. Finally had to call the front office for it to be picked up. Holy parking nightmare. The was zero spots to park in the evening. Got back around 8 pm.... everything was full. Went to the main building and they said you can park in the medicine center but move by 9AM ...my husband was up by 6 worried about being towed since there were signs on every parking lot about being towed.

We rented a nice one bedroom and were here over Christmas. The kitchenette is a nice feature, but was missing a few essentials like microwaveable dishes, serving dishes, and storage dishes. I’m glad I brought extra ziplock baggies. The jacuzzi and location are the best features. The shuttle was nice too.

This is my favorite of all the Diamond Resorts I have visited! The staff are super friendly and I recognize them from one year to another. The shuttle service makes it convenient to get around downtown without searching for parking. It is easy to get to museums, restaurants and entertainment venues. They never bug you about timeshare sales or updates. It is the best place to stay if you plan to go on the Christmas Eve Canyon Road walk/posada.

Absolutely fantastic. The villas are near the Plaza, markets, restaurants, gas, walking to and from shops and hotels. Great lo action and place to vidit.

This is the first review Ive ever written, and really regret that its not a positive one, but Im so upset with our experience that I felt I had to say something. My parents booked three nights at Villas de Santa Fe but my dads father passed away while they were on route from New Zealand and had to change all their travel arrangements. We called the location and explained the situation and they told us to contact Expedia, who they booked through. Expedia were very accommodating but let us know that it was at the full discretion of the hotel to change the booking dates or refund their fully prepaid fees. It turned out that they would not cancel or refund the booking even given the situation and more than five days prior notice, and that they could change the dates for a 100% penalty fee - meaning that they would keep the entire amount that had been paid and collect the same amount again for booking the same room for the same days the following week. I would understand this policy had the hotel been fully booked this week or next, but the were not. Even United Airlines were much more compassionate, flexible and accommodating given the situation - and...thats saying a lot.

I had a stay-cation for my last birthday here. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed that it was near downtown but still quiet. No swimming pool but they have a hot tub. Theres coffee in the lobby and also have a shuttle (we didnt use but seen it). We had a great weekend and its a nice get away. Dont expect a full service hotel but its a nice getaway and close to downtown.

Everything in the room has been great, staff has been nice. Coffee machine in the lobby hasnt been working all week, and there is some construction around closing off some entrances to the main building. Beautiful views and location.

This is our third visit to Villas de Santa Fe. The location is great, staff are knowledgeable of the area, and it is very relaxing being here. It is a perfect spot for our summer Santa Fe Opera getaways.

Myself and my family enjoyed just about everything about this Resort. Seemed like it was recently remodeled and kept very clean. Any service issues we required were very well handled by the staff including Robert and Ray.My only complaint, which I did share at the front desk, is a very obnoxious piped-in artificial fragrance of coconut. It actually clings to your clothing as you leave the place. Entirely unnecessary and actually makes it seem like a low-rent place to be. Im hoping the management will rethink the necessity for such a dubious inclusion in their shared Lobby space.

Beautiful & close to downtown

The staff is very helpful and professional. Excellent place to stay with your family. We booked three rooms for our family. Kid friendly. Rooms have everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked. Views from the rooms are beautiful. Gas grills were very convenient. Location was perfect. With in walking distance of downtown, a mall and several grocery stores.

Overall, loved the amenities and the staff.The shuttle service was convenient in the cold and for places that are difficult to park at.The hot tub was indeed hot.The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was awesome and I wish we got to use it more.I liked the lobby and having so many things available for our stay. Definitely a place you would be comfortable for a longer stay.It’s within walking distance to a ton of downtown which was great.No big complaints, it met expectations for sure.

Fabulous!!! Leave your car and walk to the plaza. Free hotel shuttles and city shuttles. Free guest laundry, coffee machine in lobby has everything from hot water to espresso and mocha. DVDs and board games available in lobby to borrow. Super friendly and helpful staff. Heated pool and 2 hottubs. Pool table, gym and small library. Very comfortable rooms with full kitchen. Gas bbqs... just call the desk and they deliver bbq tools to your room in minutes.

Nice accommodations--tight parking --ordor in duct work in studio area will investigate with mangement.

Nice Resort. We are in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. So easy to walk to most tourists attractions and fot food. Large grocery store just a few block walk or drive.Highly Recommend

Its near a great part of town for shopping, dining and museums. The suites are very spacious. The staff was all very friendly. Not all rooms have a patio/balcony, but there are designated smoking areas close to each building. The area is not very well lit at night though.

Location very near center plaza. Plus they have a complimentary shuttle. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Not top quality but high quality. No restaurant at hotel, but plenty of places nearby. Also Sprouts and Albertsons very close

They dont have maid service unless you stay 5 nights and even then dont clean the tub or toilet. Tub has chips, table is scratched, no oven and small refrigerator. No washer/dryer in unit, across the street off the lobby. No restaurant on site.

Beware of the killer mattress. Services was excellent. Very clean and secure.

An Oasis in the area. The staff was great. They have a driver that will take you to downtown and will come back and get you. The condo was clean and well furnished. They have a hot tub and a pool. There is a grill to cook on. Great place to stay.

Nice, big beds with a separate family room/dining area set up so our kids could go to sleep earlier while we were up in the room. Came stocked with plates and silverware which we needed for our dinner which was super handy to have around. Even the hide-a-bed was comfortable. Would stay again

Very comfortable, very clean, very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen modern and more than sufficient for any meal. The staff was very responsive to all of our needs and even provided laundry supplies. The workout room is clean with high-end equipment. We loved our stay and will certainly be back!

Friendly staff, nice lobby, Rooms are good for 2 adults and a child try to squeeze the 2nd child into the Room and felt a little tight. Parking spaces are extremely close together, Will be hard to park larger Vehicles. Over all we enjoyed our stay and had a good time visiting Santa Fe Answer rounding cities.

Time Share Exchange, great location. Staff is always attentive, patient giving directions. Use their shuttles to avoid parking. Be Patient as well, you are on Holiday!
