Its really close to the beach, within walking distance. Bus stop is right in front, convenient for getting around. Rent is low. Quite for the most part.

This East Side Haven backs up to a Eucalyptus grove where Monarch Butterflies flutter, by the thousands. You can walk a trail down to 26th Avenue Beach.

Trailer Haven at the mobile home park nothing special nothing great just a mobile mobile home park. Limited parking very tight quarters. For Santa Cruz you cant go wrong.

Tight knit cozy trailer park with different types of eateries, coffee shops, bar/lounges, churches and stores. Walking distance to the beach, ONeals home. 41st. Is close by where youll find the mull, theater, Brew bars, restaurants OSH, Home/Depot plus a ton of other business for you everyday needs. Trailer Heaven has been a stepping stone for us coming down from the valley, weve enjoyed the neighbors company and our little getaway home from home.

Just a place to put your head there seems to be a lot of bias there so you have to watch your back!
