Maintained and clean. Very nice place to visit friends (if they live there).Wide drive areas and so-so on the parking. But otherwise nice, clean, and maintained.

This is a 50 and older complex. Very clean newer units. Nice pool only open seasonal. Near beach and shopping. Downside, some residence like to go around and cause issues with other residences that is none of their business. Rules and micromanaging from owner a bit much for the residence.
