One of the most beautiful views of Santa Barbara belongs to the Mission and its grounds. A great place to spend an afternoon, set up for a picnic or play lawn games in an open public space.

Beautiful park with rose garden. Great place for picnic . I took my dog with me and encountered most dogs off leash so I would not take my dog again. Lots of dog feces not picked up.

I appreciate the expansive lawn and the roses across the street from the mission Santa Barbara. The roses always seem to be in bloom. The park is used by many. For events, for dog walking, for enjoying the afternoon on a stroll, or a spot to have a gathering of lots of friends. With the Mission as a backdrop, and the beautiful mountains and the view the other direction towards the sea. This is just a wonderful park. I like it a lot!
