Much shame and dishonor will fall upon the parks new owners if you evict the current resident subletters. There will be karma. Where is their compassion and sympathy—and humanity? Why not address the concerns in a reasonable manner instead of appearing to be greedy robber-barons of the lowest order? The days of people putting up with such egregious lack of caring for fellow humans are coming to an end.

I dont live here but I did drive through and I think this place is amazingly beautiful. Theyve got a beautiful pond for the community to use with their paddle boats. I also seen people fishing from that pond. It looks very clean and well maintained. Seems like a friendly and quiet place to live.

Gorgeous Park to live in, or visit! Fun, water aerobics, and awesome homes to live in. Many activities, group functions, and friendly people! The view up the side mountain is spectacular, and wildlife is amazing and PLENTIFUL!

The epitome of senior living... close set mobile homes in a large community with a pool and club house.

San Vicente MHP is a beautiful over 50+ retirement village, lots of amenities, Pool, Laundry facilities. Etc.
