Best place Ive ever lived in SB. Well maintained, friendly, active and creative community with art shows, programs and a good location. There are a variety of homes with the opportunity to put on a new manufactured home with far more amenities than your average condo.

Great place for 55+ seniors to live....clubhouse, art room, library, pool and jacuzzi, golf course and pickleball court AND a workout room. There are many great artists living in this senior community as well.

I dont live here because its a 55+ park, but I do enter the park a couple of times per week for work. It really is nice with well kept streets and home curb appeal, club house, community organic gardening area, pool and exercise room, a large meeting room, small golf course, and more. Each home appears to have ample personal space, and its gated, while not fool proof, offers a bit of peace of mind for the residents. All the residents have been lovely to interact with as well.
