Great place to live! Quiet and tucked away off main roads. Nice and respectful neighborhood. The duck pond is a huge bonus.

For a trailer park its great they have a lake and alot of geese

It’s the man made lake and the birds it draws to it. Lots of local birds and quite a few visiting water birds since this area is on the Pacific FlyBy. My shots include a local Stilt - that’s the b/w bird with long legs and the visiting merganser duck... the punk duck if ever there was one!
