The investment by OCSA in this historic building is well done with refreshing paint, seating, flooring, lighting, etc. An intimate theater in the old style of vaudeville. Perfect venue for student creativity.

Excellent concerts by OCSA students are held here. Great acoustics.

Symphony Hall was great but the performance was outstanding. I cant say enough about how well the staff got those kids prepared for a fabulous recital.

Seating agreement makes it difficult to see stage/ performance

This is the concert hall for OCSA. Nice small venue. Looks cramped for the symphony orchestra but better than most schools.

A little run down, and small. The concert stage is cramped, though audience chairs are comfortable
