Had a great time at the Cube this weekend! We all enjoyed the DC Superheroes exhibit. The kids loved all the interactive stations especially the Gotham city puzzles to get the Bat-Signal to light up. It was a great experience. The rest of it was just as great but the main attraction was the DC area.

What a great day to go to Discovery Cube in Orange County. Disney the Lion Guard exhibit opened today and our children enjoyed the experience. They had many sensory activities that were perfect for our little ones to explore and enjoy. They had an area where little ones get to pretended to prepare food and it was fun seeing them work through it all. Children learn by exploring and touching objects and this was right on target and since our little ones are very hands on, they dove right into it. The animal show they had on display was a great bonus, they displayed a millipede, snake, Pancake Tortoise and an Owl. Discovery Cube in Orange County always exceeds our expectations.

This place is very educational for kids of all ages. My 7 year old had fun and learned about different things. It was just so packed with people that you had to wait in lines to do any of the different activities for hands on learning. It was worth it and my daughter had fun. If you have young children I definitely recommend this place for some educational fun.

DJ pumping out beats while you gawk at fish, expensive beers and cocktails, good times all around. Happy 21, Claude. Glad to have been a part of your birthday bash. For Nightlife, 3 floors are open, and they each have awesome exhibits, but get there early because things like the aquatic petting zoo close way before 10pm. You get to see coral reefs, big aquarium tanks, albino alligators, swamp land creatures, earthquake preparedness simulations and games, and giant alligator gar. For every floor (the planetarium is unfortunately closed until mid October), there are differently themed cocktails ($10 a pop). Its a super fun way to spend Saturday for only $15 admittance. Food and drink, however, will cost you. I feel bad for the sound-sensitive creatures though :/

Kids 10 & under will love it here. They change exhibits every few months so there is always something new. The best temporary exhibit was one over the summer, the DC superheroes! My girls loved it!! My daughter had the courage to go out in public (in a cast and crutches) at this exhibit and Im so happy she did because she felt so amazing after! Shes all better now and I really hope they bring this exhibit back because it is one of my faves. Also, The OC location has a wonderful dino exhibit perfect for all the little ones. Ill be back soon! Membership is worth it as 2 or 3 visits pays for itself. I would suggest having wheelchairs available for rent for those guests with temporary or permanent difficulties -I brought my stroller just in case she needed a break and she did!

Looking for a great place to take the kids? Look no further! We spent about two hours here and probably could have spent more but it was nap time. Pretty awesome place for the kids. Other than a few minor broken exhibits, there is so many great things to experience like a rock wall, a dinosaur themed outdoor area, earthquake simulator, virtual grocery store, and much more. Of course every activity has something to do with science, so be prepared for the kids to learn something new every visit. The staff is young, but knowledgeable and great with groups. I recommend this place for families with children 8 years or younger.

This place it at least a 3 day visit to get the full experience and appreciation of what it has to offer. My kids had a wonderful time going through all the setups. the scientific demos, the play areas, the video experience, and especially the mock shopping engagement at a general store. I would recommend getting the family membership and try out the other sites that offer their unique experience to the kids. It was well worth the visit and would recommend keeping an eye out for their special/seasonal offerings. A great educational investment for kids that is not limited by weather fluctuations.

Every child would love to play in this place for there are different colors painted on the wall and there are different toys displayed everywhere. They could choose also where to play especially if the kids have the desire to explore a new thing because as we all knew that they have different likes. There are also kids wanted to play the specific game they are good at. Mommies, bring your kids here!

The best place to visit for the children to give them the first step towards the study of science through visualization. I don’t recommend adults to go this place to visit. The parking was just $5 and ticket for entrance was really cheap and even they have yearly membership passes offerings. From physics to various other aspects of science are shown here for the children. Even they have movies to show at different time and think ahead of time to see at particular show time. They have healthy food restaurants and very clean restrooms. I am giving one star less for not being appropriate place for the adults.

We are spoiled since we live 10-minutes from a state-of-the-art childrens museum in Dallas, thus the three stars. This place is great for an afternoon, but not really a day trip destination. If I lived close by with little kids, be Im sure Id be there a lot. However for a fun, laid back afternoon, it was enjoyable. The Cube is a bit beat up, but there is a lot of variety for activities. It wasnt too crowded so my introvert son enjoyed it without getting overwhelmed or stressed out.

Very impressive and tech-y Childrens Discovery museum. $6 parking. Clean and spacious with lots of exhibits. So many interactive exhibits. Dino hunt outside. Small rock climbing wall indoors. My favorite was the eco-shopping game upstairs. Kids push around a shopping cart with a console that gives them a list of items to scan. Then you check out and see if you got the correct items. Its very fun! The recycling game was fun too. We spent 3 hours here and I dont think we saw the entire place. We just missed the Lion Guard exhibit so that was a bummer. We paid $3/person for the 13 min Deepo 3D movie. It was cute. You can either buy tickets at the front desk, or theres a kiosk right next to the theater that takes credit card only. The movies are relatively short. We have the ASTC reciprocal discount so admission was free for 2 adults and 2 kids. They need to see your membership and ID cards.

My three homeschooling kids and I had a really great time here! We used our ASTC Passport to get in free. Theres so much to do its almost overwhelming, but the place is designed well. My kids loved the rock climbing wall and all of the hands-on exhibits, and especially Dino Quest and the Mission Control Center. The shopping cart and recycling games were really challenging! We learned a lot and had a lot of fun. We also paid to watch a 3D movie about the Galapagos. It was ok, the kids liked it but it wasnt quite as interactive as other 3D movies we have seen. The Lion Guard exhibit was really adorable and my 3 year old absolutely loved it! Everywhere we turned there was something new and fun to do and touch.
