Did not feel safe inside, not much space to walk between the lines of coin machines. They should eliminate some roads od coin machines to make it easier to move from one side to another.

Loved this hotel! Got a free upgrade to a bay view and had wonderful service. Only negative was the missing mini fridge. Could have used to save left over food or keep extra beers cold. The casino was lots of fun as where the restaurants and cafe in the lobby. Short uber ride to the old Juan and fun activities. Highly recommend this hotel.

Best atmosphere casino in the Island, and you have 3 major restaurants to unwind, Texas de Brazil, El Metro, Choices.

Very impressed with the service here. The bar manager was very very friendly and helpful. We needed to speak to him to ask a few questions about something and he was kind and answered all our questions. He showed us what we were asking about and treated us with respect. Didnt seemed bothered at all by our questions. He later came over to ask how everything was. We will definitely be back to visit.

It was dope. Wasnt crowded and i had a nice time. Staff was incredible...

It was a free concert night and it was horrendous at first.The place was packed and one couldnt move in there. Once it was over it was a pleasure to move about and play my favorite table games.I came out a winner the casino honored my coupons. I started the playing with their monies. I doubled it and from there on it was a great night after all.

Although nice and has plenty of slots same hardly pay and free games seldom pay a reasonable amount if youre lucky and ever get them. Parking is mainly Valet managed or a long walk to the regular option. Has live music and nice bars. Waitress and waiters are really scarce. Security personnel are very active and polite. Hotel has several excellent restaurants within the complex.For slot players it is not the best place to look for luck unless you want to play the under $1.00 machines just for the fun of throwing your money away.

We stopped here while on a cruise and had a blast. They were extremely hospitable. Well visit everytime we hit San Juan

Super easy access and good security.

You have to inspect and repair machines. Card slots dont work. Some buttons out of order. The seats behind you, uncomfortably too close. On the other hand, efficient and courteous employees!

I won at this place so of course it is getting a 5 star lol but other then that this casino is a lot better then the ones in the San Juan area. So take the 45mins drive and come here. Trust me its a lot better and bigger then it seems.

One of the few casinos that is open and better than ever after 2017s hurricanes. Very clean and modern in an upscale area. Worth an Uber from any San Juan hotel. Sports bar area and more. Not a ton of tables, but plenty to keep you busy!

Hey, I walked out $400 up after 3 short nights of penny slots. Bartender gave generous pours of Black Label. Game table hosts forgave my and my friends drunken mistakes.Its a nice casino in a nice hotel. Probably the best place to stay off the beach. Restaurant Metropol in the main lobby has fantastic food, if a bit pricey. Of course then I should be reviewing the hotel, not the casino. (Theyre different companies. From what the casino staff told me, theyre tenants of the hotel and not connected in any other way.)

The system was down and it was no fun having to constantly stand in line for the cashier b/c the machines would not accept the vouchers. A lady told me it happens once in a while.
