Fun location that has a STUNNING property. The property is beautifully appointed and situated neatly on the ocean. A real treat overall. There are also a number of dining selections within the lobby area near the casino. Truly a little slice of paradise.

Ok ... First, the place is very pretty. It has easy access and very good location, near the heart of the Condado, SJ. To spend a little fun time trying to get lucky is cool.To play luck looking for a great prize or Jackpot... NO, it is not the right place. There is no horseshoe, rabbits foot, or amulet that works there. Nor is there an enchantment, no spell to help you earn a penny ... You could sell the soul to the devil and there is no way to earn even twenty cents to one of the machines that swallows coins... ok ... Remember LA CASA always wins. If what you want is to spend a few dollars and entertain yourself for a while, perfect.To bet on luck ... better play Black Jack !!!

Amazing place and service during COVID-19 hard times every time employee clean and desinfect areas

This is a pretty nice casino and bar. The location is great, with several bars and restaurants within a very short walk. The casino has all the usual games, with a few tables of each. The staff seemed nice and friendly. The bar is nice with a large lobby seating area. The views are nice, and lots of large windows to look out of. Would go again.

It is a smaller casino which is pretty typical of the casinos in the San Juan area. It is attached to the La Concha Hotel and Resort in the Condado area. For those visiting for the first time, that means that everything from drinks, food, snacks, water, and parking are at a premium price which is typical for this area. The nightlife is great with many many choices for food, drinks, and shopping. You can comfortably walk to everything in the area. Traffic can get busy on weekends and in the evening.

Love it. A lot of good lot machines, is a couple of waitress going around to offer snacks and drinks, on weekends they usually have live music. In all, a good place to play, have fun, win money and even to dance !

Well unfortunately this casino doesnt make good on thier losses. I had $200 on a roulette spin with $20 on the number 17. The spinner spun the ball and hit 17 and then said it was a bad spin and spun again before I had the chance to do anything. I spoke with the pit boss and he went to security to review comes back and says dealer said bad spin and the ball didnt go around 3 times. First, that rule isnt posted anywhere and second I said ok just show me the footage of that and Ill walk away because it didnt happen. He says well youll have to subpeona me for that footage and then had me escorted out of the casino! I have spent more than a 1000 nights at Marriotts and will be looking for a new hotel brand. Customer service at its finest

Been to many Casinos in the US and around the world but the atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, no bigger spenders but the staff were very friendly, had a good conversation with the players. the other players seems to also be there for a chat and game rather than to win money. servers were very attentive to the players and regularly came over to offer free drinks.

Love the whole ambiance. Was pleasantly surprised by how amazingly polite and helpful the staff were. All in all a fun experience

Not a bad casino, but no regular blackjack - options are paying for double or dealer pushes on 22. The staff was friendly enough though the clientele, not so much.

Nice, small casino. But beware of the drinks provided by the waiters/waitresses. If you tip $20 or $1 per a drink be prepared for some nasty cheap house products.They do not serve top brands in the Casino. Proved this 2 nights in a row with a variety of different staff.Save yourself a huge headache and visit the bar in person.

What a great treat, a fun excursion. We certainly enjoyed the thrill of the risk of losing our money, which we did. But it was fun. We played several table games and several slots. Things were good of course for a few games and then it all went to the house. But how often can you walk to a casino on vacation, get some drinks and play some cards. Lots of fun, the only thing that could have made it better was if I had won. Thank you Casino Del Mar!

Its a little small but everyone was friendly, the bathrooms were clean and the drinks were free and cold while I was playing.

Waiter services are erratic. Sometimes they are good, others not as much. While there are a few who are outstanding, they dont make up for the primadonas.The slot machines are quite consistent. They dont pay out much, unless you bet the max, for a while. I dont do the tables. Bathrooms facilities are limited which they try to keep clean. But sometimes the Casino is so heavily attended that it becomes difficult to keep up. Most certainly the casino can use a few more bathrooms.There are free dining events on a weekly basis and they have free buzz and snacks all the time, if a waiter is available. The casino food is decent but not outstanding. But again it is for free. You get what you pay for. They also have daily bingo and cash drawing prizes. They also have drawings for cruises, not sure how frequently.As most casinos it is very popular with the Social Security crowd. Some guests believe they own the machines and monopolized them even when they are not playing them. Even though this practice is against the casino rules, it doesnt seem to be enforced consistently by the casino administration.For the last six years I have visited Casino Del Mar frequently when I am in PR, which happens every other month. The casino is at walking distance one block away from where I stay. As I dont officially reside in PR I am not member of their VIP club, who I understand get better services and benefits.

Theres never enough servers on the floor. I been there sometimes for more than 2 hours and no server have ask if I will like something to drink. No, I dont go there just to get drinks and food for free but it would be nice if they ask. I usually have one coffe when they ask.

We all won...craps and blackjack. Cutest craps pitboss that kept the energy up, which is unusual! Clean, smoke free and a nice local flavor.

They want your service dog to have ID they do not know what they are even asking for. After asking the manager and the guy at the door where does it say show proof of service dog they said the owner does. So apparently the owner of a high earning establishment is okay with getting sued for harassment of a disabled person. I hope this gets to him so that he can correct his work values and disabled vets with service dogs do not take legal actions.
