I have lived here for twenty-three years now. The park is very quiet the management is very quick to respond to any problem. Standard 3% a year increase in rent. Very well secured. This park is very family oriented and well-maintained

This is a mobile home park. I do not live here. I cannot answer questions about the park itself.The park has a community room where I go for a knitting meet-up weekly. This review is only about the community room. A resident of the park must reserve the room and must be present when guests are using the room.The room is spacious, with good lighting. There is a small kitchen attached where we can make lunch. There are plenty of parking spaces very close to the room. The management office adjoins the community room. The staff is friendly and polite. It has been very pleasant to hold our meet-up at Monterey Oaks.

Price per lot is ok but downfall is there is always an issue with water and electricity, plus no control of parked cars on streets or of aggressive pets.

Residents dont know how to drive around there. They know how to speed & run Stop signs. If like Im back in Oakland again..

Clean and quiet

This is a manufactured home community that is well kept and modern. All sites are up to high standards that rival any traditional housing development. There is a community center with a pool, small fitness area and large meeting room. Also tennis courts and grassy areas for those staying active. Overall a nice place to live - completely changed my view of what these places could be.

This place gets worse and worse all the time. The roads are an eye sore the parking spots have not been maintained with cracks everywhere parking lines are either almost gone or gone, the light poles havnt been painted are dull and ugly, the maitenance is a joke, yet they will hound you like no tomorrow over anything and everything while harassing, and threatening to kick you out over small things nit picking. Every time one of these tools in the office are replaced a new one comes with new demands they always get replace to. There are many nice parks out there dont chosse this one.

Clean. Not much to tell. Looks and feels boring. No kids playing outside even though there are a lot of children living there. Hey Park owners. Not very kid friendly as far as I could tell.

I like it for the secluded locale. This is a park that lies close to the outskirts. Close to the boonies, but not WTFO boonies. Nice little dive bar nearby.

GPS doesnt understand addresses to here so just use name its all good..visitor parking kinda hard to understand at first but its a nice cute area
