My husband and I love living here! It’s close to everything, the neighbors are SO nice and look out for one another and the management staff is top notch. The park is always clean.

Lived here for 30 years! Best community ever..And or you dont like a lot of yard its for you.. Also there are rules they have, coming into a mobile home park. This is a very clean park.

Paul is a great guy, manages that place like a well oiled machine! I would live there, no problem.

Been living in this park for 10 years now. Its a great place to live. There is so much around here, restaurants, shopping, entertainment. The park areas are well kept. Yes, sometimes its a pain to be reminded to fix or do something at your home, but Id rather have that happen than live in a declining park.

I have lived here since 2006. Best and most highly rated park around for a reason. They can be a bit strict, but thats what makes this park the place to live. The management is friendly and very accommodating. The pool and hot tub is a great perk. Close to the mall, just a mere walk across the street. We have Golf land, Starbucks, Oakridge mall. The neighbors all care about each other. This place is the perfect place to live.

I love it here. They take good care of the property and they are nice to work with.
