It was amazing and just plain beautiful !I definitely recommend the tour at Alcatraz !

Its a great place but lots of things are closed

I went here for a company party. Its basically a big long empty room. You can fill it with whatever decorations you want. Its best at night because the warehouse look of it is minimized. The floor is asphalt and concrete, but they have an upper floor with semiprivate spaces and a balcony overlooking the main floor. I was worried that it would be cold in winter, but they did a good job heating it. Its not the most posh space, but it gets the job done.

The tacos are big but have no flavor or seasoning. The shrimp plate was a lot of food but again had no flavor.

Very nice and chill environment. We have taken the Hop on Hop off bus service and get down here. From here we walk upto PIER 39.

Oh a nice and hot day, this area is nice to hang out!

Its a nice parking spot when the Main cruise ship dock is full. Bonus is your 10 minutes closer to Fishermans Wharf

We absolutely loved the caricature artist who sets up out in front. They dont pay him enough. You really captured our likenesses. Very impressive work. $10 per person !!!

They cranked the music too loud for beer fest. It already echos. Couldn’t hear people talk. Also just make it a credit card only zone. Not a I need to buy chips with cash then pay with chips

October Festival, lots of music and food besides beer.

Im not too sure how this place looks most hours of the day, but I can sure say it was the prime spot to hold a massive Burning Man fundraiser!!

Interesting place for company party.

This was my 2nd yr. working as Security Guard in S.F. for Oktoberfest. Last year it was at pier 48 across the intersection from the ATnT Park, this yr.cit was on pier 35

Lots of people and souvenirs. Good restaurants, too.

Everything you should expect from an industrial pier. This peer is often used as an event space with convenient parking near pier 39

Easy access here makes for easy embarkation and disembarkation for your criuse ship.

Large / sprawling.Didnt feel particularly unique or interesting. Willing to try it again, though.

Make it part of you SF Vacay.

A big pier building that is mostly empty and a pier to wander around. Its a lot like the other piers and pier buildings in San Francisco. Didnt seem to have any public toilets that I could find.

Getting a better rating than it should, it is just a giant empty building normally used when there are two ships docking at the same time in San Francisco. But, I was there for the niners draft party and we drafted Bosa!!!!!

Cool venue where the Etsy fair was held, high ceilings lots of space, so did the job, although I went to another indie craft fair a couple of weeks prior at fort Mason, and those facilities were far better, bigger and cleaner

Its not a great cruise terminal except for one thing... its closer to where I want to go than the actual cruise terminal.

Great place to visit, walk around, browse, buy, and eat.

Pier 35 is popular with tourists. It has several restaurants and a Disney World feel to it and its lighting and energy. Some Street artists make it more interesting.

I mean its just a pier/shopping area. It would be better if I actually COULD buy anything. The ice cream was REALLY bad. I dont suggest bringing kids there, they would not enjoy it at all. Dont get me started on the seashell SHOP if you want a seashell go to the beach. Who buys seashells? Why spend money on something you can get for free?

Great events always in pier 35

Nothing extra ordinary. There is a waiting place which is useful. This place is only after you show your cruise card you can enter. If you are waiting for your family members there is not really a place to wait for them. There were only few cabs available.

Always liked the pier seeing people working out, skateboarding and peeping at whats going at the exploratorium.

Unless you are on a ship docked at the pier, security wont let you enter the pier. There are really nice wooden beams and a wooden roof, but the guards are very touchy about photographs, citing security concerns.
