The music was ok, fairly generic techno/house, but the most glaring attribute of this after hours (2-6am) spot, is the male:female ratio for a club that isn’t a “gay” club. When I went, there were probably 5 women in the entire venue, and that’s counting the cashier at the door. Kind of strange, is all. I wonder if the other after-hours spot (520 Jessie St) is the same way??
After hours place that is out right racist. We were invited to come after leaving a birthday party. I came with a diverse group of friends & the owner told my friend she was welcome but we were not.
Solid after-hours spot, cool architecture and vibe.
Owner is very rude and i definitely got the impression he is racist. We are a nice group of classy black ladies that were invited to come to this place by a friend after attending a birthday party. We were preparing to enter the place with our friend when the owner came outside and took a look at us and said our friend, who is non-black was welcome but took a look at us and turned us away. He said this is his place and he can do what he wants and he was completely rude and unprofessional about it!! We are a group of classy professional well dressed ladies, we were shocked after hearing this. We got out of line and left, no point in giving this man our business. We will not be back and will advise others not to go here.
I was assualted by a bouncer. Do not go here unless you want to be hurt and unlawfully abused.
