A little secret. Get a completely different view and perceptive of the bridge here! Parking is easy (compared with the parking area above) and you can see underneath the bridge and get a low-lens angle of the golden bridge itself. The history of the fort is also fascinating. Worth remembering a coat or umbrella though, the weather can change quickly.

I really enjoyed my visot in here. It’s easy to park, the view is amazing and there a lot of information about the bridge.

Great, informative place, for free!!! In depth story of visuals and hands-on stands about building an engineering wonder called Golden Gate Bridge! Highly recommended. You can reach the area cheaply by SF bus system. They run frequently.
