Lied to us completely. We bought an expensive piece from them because the consultant in the gallery said we would never force you to keep a piece -- you can always trade it in. Hated it even minutes after we gave our credit card. They forced us to take delivery and after hours and hours of haggling with them they refused to take it back and trade for anything else. (we spent YEARS trying to get this resolved iwth them and they wouldnt.) This place is a fraud. Dont buy here.
