I went in Person and they wouldnt see me. So not super excited by their service. I know its a pandemic but I had a mask.

I had no idea there was a physical store in SF. I’ve been an online HA customer for years. What services does the SF location offer? Is it for dropping off items for online consignment?

This was a perfect experience from beginning to end. Family items, fine antiquities, and heirloom art I could have sold in Portland for barely anything (due to the taste of much of the clientele) garnered great interest and buyers from this prestigious company. You did a magnificent job and treated everyone involved like welcome clients. SF is the perfect market for these lovely acquisitions, too.

Have worked with them before. When I buy new stuff from them I always feel I have received the deal I thought I was getting. I did send gold to them for a quote and buy and the guy I dealt with was extremely slimy. He treated me like an idiot. When I asked if I was getting a fair deal he said “that’s for you to figure out.” I am sure this is not a reflection of Heritage, but next time I get a guy like that I won’t do business with them. I will just have them ship my stuff back and I will try another company.
