While our experience during the purchase process was fantastic, our experience afterwords was disappointing. We purchased two pieces from them several years ago. At the time of purchased, we were promised that we could call anytime and get an estimated market value for the pieces. We were also told that they would always be willing to buy them back at current market value. Now that we are ready to hold them to their promises, they have a fee for the value estimate, and they are no longer interested in buying the art we have. They call it a Policy Change. Dont believe what they promise you when you are buying from them. Seems like they will say anything to make they sale.
