Outstanding customer support!Belgian Post lost my books because I made a mistake in the post code, Dany from Modernbook shipped the books to me again and arranged everything on a timely and professional manner. He even retrieved for me a copy of one of the books I ordered and that had ran out of stock since then!!

Wonderful Service!i just was in the need for a new invoice for customs here in Germany for a book i ordered, but after a Harddisk crash i lost mine.one email and and hour later i received a mail with the invoice, thats what i call customer service!thank you very much :)
