This is a little hidden park which if you dont know its there you might have a hard time finding it. It is nestled in the middle of a business complex and also right next to the freeway, so it is not the quietest park in the county. There are also lots of ducks and other birds that enjoy hanging out at the pond. Its probably not a good idea to feed them, especially if you bring along something like white bread that is nutritionally deficient. There are also nice walkways around the park, and plenty of parking.

I love this lake park. There are so many ducks and geese to create a wonderful nature soundscape. The flowers are beautiful as always. Its a nice place to go to relax. There is a lot of freeway noise, but I can time it out so it doesnt bother me.. Again, its a nice place to relax or walk.

Beautiful Park, nice walkway around the pond, Veterans of Foreign War Memorial onsite. Pond has lots of birds, ducks, and turtles sunning themselves on rocks in the pond. Grassy knolls and areas, great for dropping a blanket and enjoying a picnic, loads of colorful flowers, and benches located along the walkway around the lake. The park is very well maintained, easy walk around the pond.

Great little park. This park hosts several Rancho Bernard community events throughout the year. Ducks, birds and turtles a-plenty. Nice to walk around the pond. There is an island in the middle of the pond where the ducks hang out. Unfortunately the pond has decades of duck poo build up in and around it, so it can have a bit of a smell some times. There are signs that say no feeding the ducks.

I went yesterday (Jan 25, 2020). There was a half-dead koi fish floating around, it was an ugly sight! Some of its flesh was rotting away and its spine was exposed. Yikes.Had a great time otherwise! 2 stars since the lake needs some major cleaning...

A small park. The upkeep is in order so a nice place to sit and enjoy the weather. There are ducks in the pond. People walk their dogs here, frequently without leash. There are 3 trees at one end of the park all in memory of people. There must be a devastating story behind it. Three different dates of birth, one last name and the same date deceased.

Picturesque, manicured landscaped area squeezed in between the I-15, which hovers on a ridge 30 feet above the park, and local Rancho Bernardo businesses. Lots of babbling water and animals including turtles and ducks. A war memorial is the center feature remembering fallen local heros. Scattered benches and paths make for a nice 15 minute walk around the whole space. A good quiet zone to have your lunch and contemplate life.

Webb Lake/Park is a picturesque quarter-acre or so pond with ducks, geese and turtles. The lawn is needy. Signs warn Not to feed the critters except with approved treats (provided). There were NO treats provided for feeding. Bread is apparently the worst thing to feed them. Locals bring treats bought specifically for wild ducks, geese and turtles. GPS may take you to The Courtyard Hotel; WRONG- there is no easy access. Go to the Pearl Restaurant parking lot on the south shore of the Lake. BTW the Pearl Restaurant serves an excellent Dim Sum (call ahead).

Other than the noisy freeway next to the park, this place had lots of memories for me. From climbing the giant rock (that is no longer there today) as a kid with good old friends, to stealing the duck eggs under the trees in spring and try to hatch them in a cardboard box but ending up cooking them... a walk with my old granny, a meetup with a new Chinese immigrant friend and his mom on a very warm day, reunion with my girl friends who I met while studying abroad, and the last walk with a very dear coworker, bidding her farewell...
