Took the Coronado Island tour with my lady. Got to see a bit of Gaslamp District, Embarcadaro on the way to the ferry. Tour guide, Chris, was friendly and humorous. Great tour of Coronado before heading back to ferry. Took us by the bar with the piano scene where TopGun was filmed. Great Balls of Fire!!

Went on the Coronado Segway tour on a otherwise quiet Sunday. I was with a work colleague and we had a really good time. Preston our guide while very knowledgeable, also amusing and easy going. Seen all the major sites and had a good tour around Coronado. The ferry to/from Coronado was included in the price and was a nice way to see the bay. Really good fun and would recommend wholeheartedly.

This is the third time my family and I have used this company for a Segway tour around the San Diego area. They have the best guides which makes the tour lots more fun. Our tour guide Preston was hilarious. He could imitate many presidents and movie stars. He kept us laughing for over two hours.

The only negative thing I could say is that it was priced a bit higher than its competition. But, like the adage You get what you pay for, this place didnt disappoint. Take the 2.5 hour tour, you will have a blast!

Our tour guide Preston was fantastic from beginning to end. He was professional and serious about the initial Segway safety and training. He was very knowledgeable about the history of specific stops on the tour as well as about the San Diego area in general. Preston was also laid back and extremely funny. His laugh is infectious and he does some awesome impressions. The segways functioned perfectly and were a great way to cover a lot of area in very little time.

We did the segway tours and had so much fun. Id never ridden one before, and so I was a bit nervous. They did a good job of preparing you for the ride and making sure you are comfortable.

This was the fun fun..Jeff and Chris were the best..the quick lessons and entire tour was awesome. You see San Diego up close and personal to actually smell the flowers in Coronado. My family will be back.

This tour deserves more stars than what is offered! We did the Segway tour around San Diego, let me tell you, this was SO MUCH FUN! Our tour guide, Preston, was SO FUNNY AND RELATABLE. He was talking to us the entire time and I honestly dont think I had more than a minute of time passing before laughing with him again. He made this tour so fun and because of that, it went by so fast! He trained us on the Segway really fast and made us feel so comfortable and was very cautious of his surroundings. He had amazing impersonations and was just overall very knowledgeable on everything he explained. He honestly felt like just a friend we decided to connect and explore with vs a tour guide. If youre going to do a Segway tour and reading reviews to see if you should, THIS IS YOUR PUSH TO DO IT, and if you decide to, make sure that you book it with Preston! You wont regret it :)

Great fun

This was an AMAZING tour. Adam knew all the great sites to see and knew historical information to top it off. We saw Sea Port Village, Gas Lamp District, Padres stadium, U.S.S. Midway, just to name a few. We ha 4 in our group all ladies of which 3 are grandmothers. The training was quick. I was a little worried I would crash or kill someone, but we all made it back without a scratch. If you want a great fun way to see out of the way spots, this is the tour for you. Loved every minute of our tour!!!

John in the office was extremely helpful in selecting a tour for my companys team building event. He was also extremely patient with me as we made several adjustments while we ironed out all the details on our end. We decided to tour Balboa Park. We had all age levels in our group from 14 years to over 50. Everyone had a wonderful time, and enjoyed the sites and the history provided by the tour guides. I would highly recommend this company if you want a fun way to tour part of San Diego!

The captain of the boat and his crew were very attentive and made the evening a great success for our clients. I hope I get the opportunity to work with everyone again soon.

Great time on a Segway. just got off from tour and Adam and staff were extremely friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Easy website reservations and location in Gas Lamp. Called me to confirm reservation. Definitely a great way to see San Diego, the bay, the ships and Balboa park/museums without walking or parking.

The streets of West village are so mesmerizing, narrow streets and wider sidewalks, with plenty of Street side trees ctreating a breath taking, amusing, fresh smell of leaves ..... Iot reminds me of the streets of Tehran where I grew up, and then North Harbor Drive is the main street to cross and see the main tourist attractions such as; convention center, seaport village, ships, waterfront, etc.....

Wonderful full day tour of San Diego and surrounding areas. Our group of 4 had Vincent and Scotty and they were excellent. Really know the area, patient with the many questions we asked and very informative about everything from restrooms to restaurants. Saw and learned things about San Diego that I never knew. I have nothing to complain about. They had a nice lady, Melisa, that helped us before the tour guide came back. Then the whole staff was good about teaching us how to ride the segways, which were in very good condition. Then George gave us a very nice tour, telling us all we need to know about the Gaslamp district. In the end, it exceed my expectations and I recommend to to anyone.

I found this company online and was so glad I chose them for our recent team building event in downtown San Diego. There were 21 in our group and we ranged from very experienced Segway riders to those of us never having seen a Segway up-close till that day. After training on how to ride the machine, we went off in three groups on the San Diego City & Bay Segway Tour. It was an awesome way to see the city in a limited time. All the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable about the history of the landmarks we visited and enthusiastic in showing us around their city. I definitely was impressed with the level of professionalism and concern they showed for the less experienced Segway riders. In selecting a tour company I wanted one that was fun but yet safety-conscientious and this was definitely a perfect choice. Hopefully we will have another opportunity to work with them once again for another fun outing. If given the opportunity to use this group for an exciting adventure, go for it!

My wife an I booked the San Diego Highlights Tour to see more of the San Diego area. We received a personal tour, as we were the only party booked that day. Our driver, Chis Riedy, is a super-friendly person which contributed to the wonderful experience. Being a native Southern Californian, Chris, knows the area and was well-spoken on the San Diego scene. He was very hospitable and even dropped us off for a fantastic Mexican meal in Old Town, after he heard about my strong craving for Mexican cuisine. Oh, we purchased our USS Midway Tour through them the day earlier. I would recommend Another Side of San Diego Tours and hopefully youll be lucky enough to get Chris as your personal tour guide! ATB

Its a great tour that does not take up your whole day, its just ling enough to cover the essentials so you can said yup, been there done that without waisting precious time. Our tour Princess, Keanna, was excellent! She gives you just the right amount of information without going overboard. She also takes you on a route that lets you explore the limits and mobility of the Segway which is a breeze to operate, just be sure to follow Keannas safety rules. I highly recommend this tour with Another Side Of San Diego!

Fun on wheels :) Took a tour of Balboa Park today. Getting on the segway for the first time was a little nerve wracking but it only took me a minute or two to figure out that the segway was doing all the balancing for me and all I had to do was to relax :) Erin was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about Balboa Park and down town San Diego.

Our family- 2 adults, 2 kiddos (12 and 10), all rated the Segway tour as the highlight of our San Diego vacation. We were apprehensive about riding the Segway at first, but received quick but thorough preparation and training from our tour guide Adam- and it was a breeze! Adam was very open and flexible to show us whatever we wanted to spotlight (we asked to see Petco Park and the Harbour area specifically). We loved the experience of riding combined with seeing the downtown area and learning a bit about the city. I was sad when it was over. Definitely check it out! Wed do it again in a heartbeat with this company. Finally we were fortunate to meet Ken, the owner, who seems to truly care about his employees, and his customers experiences. FIVE STARS!!
