Ok street area no mini ramp. The bowl is big has kinks and flaws. Bring pads for the big bowl its deep or just do your thing. Right next to the police department.

Big and open with enough room where it rarely feels crowded. Big pool, stairs, and smaller areas to learn how to drop-in. Everyone who comes here seems really chill and respectful regardless of your level. You can take classes through the rec center and Andrew is fantastic. And so are the instructors that teach with him. Theyre all kind and patient and really good at showing you with minute details, in a very supportive way, how to get better. Lessons are available for kids and adults at a very reasonable cost. Not quite enough parking space and there are no shady areas to watch from the sidelines from inside the skate park. Some benches just outside but not a great view of whats going on inside this gate.

Park is good for beginner and intermediate. Its very slippery and seems pretty worn down. It was really packed when I went. Parks not that big. Its fairly small, equivalent to the size of poway skatepark.

Great environment with some sick obstacles. All it needs is a manipad and a small flatbar. Honestly I am biased because this is my childhood but there are better skateparks. It is a skatepark none the less.

The people who skate there are pretty respectful of other skaters, young or old. Enough equipment to practice tricks. Clean, safe. Right next door to the police station. Theres parking. If youre a parent you can watch your kid from your car on a cool day. There are also benches.

Not a good flowing park but its decent none the less. Good for kids and Amateurs. This park has nothing on Linda Vista or even OB and its conveniently located next to a police station. Definitely the closest one to my house now but itll do the trick! No pun intended! GO Sk8!

Carmel Valley skate park is a combination of many features that most skateboarders will find fits their style of skating. Theres a more traditional street-style course with rails and ledges, a massive bowl for transition skaters, and other obstacles spread out for beginners and novices alike. The park is enclosed by a fence all the way around and is located right next to the police station, making this park safer than most that Ive been to. The crowd this park attracts are younger kids with parents and young adults. Bring a helmet just in case a cop stops by and wants to write you a ticket, which probably wont happen.

Its a nice smaller park with a bowl, little quarter pipe drop and multiple ramps, rails etc. I took my child for a skate board class and there was noone else until noon so they could get plenty of practice. The only two other kids were two scooter kids... The posted rules say no scooters though, maybe they dont get in when its crowded :)

Pretty good little park very clean. No shady people around. The park itself lacks much flow. The pool is fun.

Pretty cool place to have some fun. Restrooms on site and police station right next door. Only skateboards, skates, and rollerblades. Helmet, knee guards, and wrist guards required.
