Picturesque park with tons of free parking and lots of walking to do. Take a stroll around the lake or check out the many different species of ducks and birds, just watch out for all the poop on the ground! They have a fairly updated workout stations with tons of different combination to break a sweat. Great park thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Memories. I grew up in this park. Kissed a girl for the first time in this park. Learned how to play basketball in this park. This was my second home for many year and it is so cool that I was able to move back to North Park and bring my son to this rec on weekends so he can play basketball. The kids dont play like they used to in my day, but it brings back great memories just being in this place. So cool!

Friendly staff, nice safe neighborhood place with activites. People use these facilities or else the city will take them away

Nice park and I have enjoyed it for years. Parking is not always the best but the space is usually clean and nice and now days some interesting people hang out there. Recommended on a sunny afternoon.

Awesome to see the young crowd of kids coming up playing basketball in the gym here. So important to have facilities like this in the neighborhood where young people can do something productive and it doesnt cost anything. Much love, keep up the good work you guys. Lovely park and the perfect addition to the neighborhood as well as a great place for kids to play. At least it was until recently when authorities along with Parks and Recreation let it turn into a camp for homeless people. We spoke with police a few times and they keep saying that theres nothing they can do about it. Shame, as this used to be a place inhabited by prostitutes and drug dealers, was consequently cleaned up and now is allowed to deteriorate once again.

Closes 4pm sunday. No restrooms

Have a few tennis courts but great location and NB ice surface. And cant beat free!!

Some great activities here, not always the best crowd.
