Huge park, very busy though. Plenty of space to do whatever you want. To run around both parks is close to a mile.

Lots of Grass and open space! 7 picnic areas with Gazebos. Great kids play structure area! Restroom close by. I run here as my workout. Lots of people working out or walking with dogs!

The kids playground is awesome and very large. There are 5 different monkey bars along with all the other usual things. Around the play things there is rubberized ground covering and around that there is sand. And there is a concrete path around the perimeter where small kids can ride bikes, scooters, etc. And there are 3 covered pavilions with 2 picnic tables each that can be reserved.The library is very nice and modern. They have lots of books on tape, DVDs, etc. And they have self-checkout that our 5-year old granddaughter used.

The fields are amazing. I would say very well kept compared to other parks. Lots of joggers at all hours of the day. There are also pet owners walking their dogs. Because the park has provided poop bags, you dont see as much poop lying around. Every now and then youll see some but thats just how it is at any other park.They also have a public in door gym and different days of the week in the evenings, they offer volleyball, basketball, pickleball, and badminton.The facilities are well kept. They have restrooms. No formal changing rooms/locker rooms.If you like/play any of those sports, you can definitely come here to join in some pick up games.

We go for Kids fit. It is a fun, interactive sports activity for Kids. This is the description:Come join us inside the Nobel Recreation Center gym where we will be walking a couple of laps around the gym to get the blood pumping followed by some light stretches and then a fun game for everyone to play. With different games every week like obstacle courses, parachute games, and relay races for everyone. Parent participation is encouraged but not required.*Children 5 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Nice park just to take a stroll, workout, play sports or do since activity. Fun by yourself and with family and friends. Pretty quiet and peaceful area.

This park has two huge parking lots that are convenient and free, plus quite a bit of street parking. Theres a large playground for children with many play options. A walking path goes around the entire grounds, too. The park is well maintained and extra clean. Youll enjoy expansive grass areas, a baseball field and shade trees. Theres a large building on site with bathrooms. Im not sure what it in the building. There are also outhouses. When your visit is finished, the 805 freeway is close and easy to access. Note that there are few services or restaurants near the park, which might be a good thing!

Theres nothing wrong with it! I love this park. Playgrounds for young children, you can rent a covered picnic area with 6 tables for parties, supports fields, courts and fields and a dog park! Many things to do and events to attend as well.

There is a nice Library here overlooking the athletic playing fields. There is also a really well equipped playground with structures and equipment suitable for a variety of Ages. There are also picnic tables and they dog park. Additionally, there appears to be an indoor Recreation Area, but I am not certain whether it is just an office area or an activity space. The fields are frequently closed for restoration.

Very well-maintained park with wide-open spaces that are always lush and green. The basketball courts are usually occupied until dark and I wish there was another one, but they are also in good condition as are the nearby picnic tables, so I cant complain too much. The childrens play area is large and looks like it has lots to occupy the littles. Ive never felt unsafe in this park, either during the day or after dark.

A little dry after the recent shutdown. Needs to be cleaned up of weeds and foxtails

Softball fields are ok, big playground with fun structures for kids. Bathrooms are some of the nastiest I have seen and there is only 2. You wouldnt think they would be this disgusting because of the Park location but they are. No changing tables, just one toilet and one sink.

The music library system has an excellent selection and this branch is very comfortable

Nice clean park. Nice area to walk the kiddies and dogs. Nice library as well. Big baseball field where you can catch a practice game or one of the local leagues game. There is a bathroom there, water fountains, grass area to play or sit.

Great park. Theres public restrooms, huge fields and play structures, and a nice basketball court. Its quiet and right next to the library.

I love walking around here. Sometimes there are bunnies. Its usually pretty quiet and well lit at night, and it never feels too crowded. Ive never actually been in the building, since i just like going on walks.Its a good place to play sports, study, go walking, enjoy the weather, and play with the kiddos. The location is nice and theres plenty of parking. Theres an electric car charger in one lot too.

Very nice area to do some exercise and walk around, I discovered this park when I dropped off an Uber ride. I turned off my app and walked for 30 minutes here, it was great !

Wonderful park. It has fields where i often see games going on. Also a city library with a great selection of books and movies. Plenty of space to walk ones dog on the paths all around it too. If your lucky you may even spot a hawk, kestrel or owl in the trees nearby or hear a coyote in the hills to the north by the freeway at night.

Safe place for kids and good facilities for adults as well. Library is a great bonus.

The dog park is really nice.

Theres a library near the nobel athletic fields and i went there to study. the staff are very nice and there are plenty of open spaces for people to work/study. the library is located is a very peaceful/quiet place near the field compared to the central library located in downtown san diego. if youre looking for places like this to study, i would recommend to go here. as for parking, there are two zones: 2-hours limited parking and unlimited (just not overnight). i parked in front of the nobel athletic fields so i can get unlimited parking:)

I love coming here! This library is close to me and the people here are so helpful and nice.

Went to a picnic here with some friends this last week and it was great. The weather was perfect, the park was really well taking care of and clean.

A friend and I have met there for lunch for years. Shaded tables and always clean. Nice large kiddy play ground too.

We bring Our dog here all the time. Is one of the best parks that there are in the area. There’s a lot of things that you can do here. With 2 dog parks for different sized dogs, a library, and multiple fields it’s a great place to bring your family for a great time.

Fyi this park also has a San Diego library branch in it you can visit during library hours as well!

Great place to hang out to relax and read, can even do it outside. Then go to play some hoops inside or outside, run the course or even go take your dog for playtime in their own dog park.

The hall is bright, the studying area is clean. There is a meeting room and a semiar room. Not too many people. Maybe there is not enough book, but you can order the ones you want from other brunches. I do love this place

Library has a good kids area and lots of kid programs. The playground has multiple areas for different ages in a fenced in area. Good amount of free parking.

Never have I seen it dirty. Very well kept. Theres a doggie park for the furry friends and areas to have gatherings (not to mention baseball/kickball courts).

This park is nice, clean, safe, and lighted at night. Added bonus is a library on park grounds. Further added bonus if you are a dog owner, there is a dog park as well.

We hosted av event there. Its a nice open place for gathering of 35-40 people. Its better to reserve it ahead of time.

Used to live directly across the street from here! Great area for kids and dogs to play! However, there are alot off disrespectful, lazy people who dont understand how to pick up their dogs poop! So, be aware doing a picnic in the grass!

I just needed a place to plug in and do some work. It was fairly crowded, but I got a chair and an outlet. Alternative to Starbucks which was 10 mins away.

Daughters favorite park. They like to take lessons at the rec center then go hunt for bugs and maybe check out the library.

The dog park was very clean and well-kept. I love that there is a large dog area and a small dog area, since my little dog is afraid of larger dogs.

This is a great park with lots of playground equipment, open fields for sports like soccer, ultimate, & football. It has baseball diamonds and a paved walkway around the main fields.

Library and staff and selection is great - I love that place - building and playground - everything is very family friendly.
