MY FAVORITE GALLERY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!!!

So awesome to see his works of art up close! They are stunning! Visiting the gallery is a real experience as youre not only seeing the visual art but youre able to read the accompanying writings and hear the sounds in the gallery that they use to enhance the experience. As an added bonus, the curator was super friendly and easy to talk to. Would love to someday be able to purchase a piece!

A San Diego treasure, Tim Cantors gallery showcases his paintings and poetry in a serene environment featuring hauntingly lovely background music. The gallery features both his world renowned oil paintings, but also concept pieces and limited edition prints. It is certainly one of the most surprising and inspiring spots in the Gaslamp District.

His art is absolutely amazing. The music fits the artwork perfectly and aura of the gallery is mysterious and sacred. Love it so much. Don’t miss this gallery if you are in San Diego and being an art lover.

Love, love, love this place. I used to go here a lot when I lived in San Diego. I bought a book here, and I would spend plenty of time browsing his art. I love the quirks about it.

Well, this gallery is of course a 5 star if you like Tim Cantors work, which I do. Seeing his painting in person is awesome. The staff in the gallery is great and make you feel very welcome. They gave me excellent service even though my purchase here was small. Definitely stop in a take a look.

I have been a fan of Tim Cantors for the last 18 plus years. His work always amazes me with his display of detail and also always thinking out of the box. He will paint a water drop onto the canvas to the point where it looks wet when the light hits it. His style and techniques are breathtaking.

Absolutely fantastic. The meanings behind his art is a testament to his skill. One quirky and somewhat interesting work where you had to use a magnifying glass to see bubbles he drew in a glass of champagne.

There are no words to express how incredible I think Tims work is. I cannot afford his paintings but have purchased his books and just bought a bubble -see photo. These are snipits of his paintings enclosed in Crystal.

It all started with a crystal ball hanging in the window.A painting of a ball, so real so fake but immensely mesmerizing.I stop there for what seemed like forever trying to make a sense of how this painting is possible and how its not mixed media.I wrote down his name and promised myself Id return one day, as if this is a pilgrimage. The paintings are religion. Its duality of life - the darkness and the light. The opposite, the realism with the surreal. Expression of a mans soul and thoughts deep within come to life with a brush stroke. A story, a poem years in the making.Ive followed him from the day I saw my first work of his. Addicted to his website and just inspired by his writings and work.15 years is what it took me to finally arrive. And as I stepped foot in the gallery a smile as wide as the world can see was brought to my face. Internally I was giddy.And then I met Amy, his wife. And am I even more inspired; by her, her dedication, her love she has not just for Tim but his work.15 years ago, I was a college student amazed by a painting. And today Im a lucky man. I saw Tims gallery. One day I hope to meet the man, until then - Ill meet him through his work.

Favorite art gallery in San Diego. Perfect location downtown as well. Very convenient to check out when going out. Tim and his wife Amy are wonderful people and the art is out of this world. Love the art gallery openings. So much fun!

Tim Cantors paintings were wonderful so unique and beautiful I have never loved art so much. His father and law was so sweet and welcoming he explained everything to us, this is the place to go. :)

A wonderful exhibit and nicest people. We tried but are not able to attend tonights exhibition and new book signing. Very glad we went their in the summer and look forward to visiting again.
