The black guy who runs the register is very rude if you ask the booth prices. He doesnt want your business and makes a point of it if you ask prices. He needs to be fired.

The black gentleman that was working behind the counter was not very helpful at all. My boyfriend and I were asking about quick acting Male performance enhancers and asking him if there was one he would recommend and he was so rude acting like he was better than us. He said I wouldnt recommend any of them and we asked if there was a brand alot of ppl buy and he said people buy alot of different ones like he was too good and didnt need to take those. Just so rude. Also something was going on with there pos system so when they ran my bfs credit card we stood there waiting for over 3 mins. He then rudely said you guys have another card with a look of disgust on his face. I then gave him my credit card and it went through he then proceeded to tell us that he has never seen a time that he ran someones card and had to wait that long and it be declined like we were doing something shady. Worst customer service Ive ever had at an adult store. So many people go to these shops and feel uncomfortable or dont know what exactly they are looking for or what even to ask for so they are looking for recommendations and help. Luckily we already knew what we wanted and have been going to stores like this. My boyfriend and I will never be coming back to this store. I would not recommend this store it was also super dingey looking and kinda dirty.

Good prices & good stuff to pick from. The cashier was helpful with the lube advice. I liked it, its very close.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer serviceBoth times I went to this store I encountered two employees that have no clue how to treat customers. Both times I was greeted with attitude. Items they sell.are defective and over priced. I rven had the receipt and only had the item for a few hours after it broke...Refused to do any kind of exchange and literally told me she would rather lose a customer and told me not to come back instead of helping me when I almost spent $100! Refuse to ensure that i leave happy like any smart business would.... I wouldnt recommend this ANYONE go anywhere else but here! Ugly place and ugly people!!! all they want is ur money! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! shop online for better prices and treatment!
