Truly an eye opening experience. To see that most who perished were in their 20s and late teens. If only we could do more to honor them.

Incredible artwork, and a sobering reminder of how much our veterans sacrifice.I took a slight detour on my way to work to visit this war memorial. It features sculptures dedicated to WWII, Korea, and Vietnam war veterans. I thought it was interesting that the Vietnam sculpture said it was sculpted by a veteran of the battle it depicts and is a recreation of his actual experience.Give yourself a few extra minutes sometime and stop to pay homage to our veterans.

Beautiful..! Worth visiting and remember all the honorably soldiers who returned, who lost their lives and are still missing.

As a former Marine, I love seeing these memorials and paying my respects to those that served during war especially those that made the ultimate sacrifice.

This coved-19 has a plus, I have San Antonio to myself. Use some of my escape and evasion training to check out stuff. Got out the sketch book.

Best learning experience for my boys. Didnt get to see much there was construction going on around the area but that okay we will be back soon to see the rest.

A very touching and sobering memorial. The sculpture work is on point, instantly striking you with the sacrifices made by those in service during the Vietnam war. Inside the sculpture itself is information about local residents who entered the service.
