This is an easy peasy walking/jogging trail in the Medical Center area with no incline, and a mixture of paved and gravel trails (the gravel is not rough gravel). There’s also outdoor workout stations along the trail (see photos). The trail is a loop and you can get a quick 2.2 miles here. Parts of it are shady if you go in the morning or evening. I’d be careful mid day though - not a lot of shade. There are two parking lots on opposite sides of the 2.2 mile loop. The address for the main parking lot is at 2889 Babcock Rd, but there is another parking lot near the intersection of Hamilton Wolfe Rd. and Ewing Halsell Dr.Oh yeah, even though it’s in the middle of the Medical Center - you might spot some deer if you go at the right time of day. :)
Been coming here for years, great trail to do about an hour long walk. If you want to see deer this is the place, they are everywhere. They also have some exercise equipment at different points of the trail. There are a few large rocks to take a break and a bench at one of the entrances.
Awesome park. Nice scenery, very clean
I love the natural beauty and path to explore.
Quite, serene, and absolutely lovely.
