Defenitly FAVORITISM in this community between property management/staff and a distinctive demograph of Residents, rude & extremely unprofessional.Property owners need to hire new Managment.The Maintenance is one of the only few things decent, quiet. Good location & streets are overall upkept if you can get past the creepy guy who does it. Have had my fair of awkward- weird- off putting conversations.The other upside Lot is Priced reasonably. I would recommend keeping tabs on your water meter yourself. Dont trust the Maintenance to do properly.Only move here if your in dire situation or need somewhere cheap to live.

Rude managements dont recommend nobody moving here for the safety of ur kids they come to ur house leave gates open dogs runnin lose they say no parking on grass but yet they have there favorite residents here they let them do what they want they leave a corner full of grass for u to cut cuz the old man cant do it dont know what there gettin paid for this community is bad 0 stars

Poor management its all about favoritism, says that were not aloud to have gates but lets certain people have them, then they say that were not aloud to have live stock but people have chickens also they just let people have dogs running around that can hurt children

Very surprised at hiw well kept the park was. Especially for the size and location ia a pleasant little appt that doesnt take away from surrounding area... Plus is easy to maneuver and located plus. Also has a very pleasant feel and vibe shown thru the decor and neighborhood closes that shows they trust each otjer with all the decorations b that are seen to be respected?$!
