Nice and quiet

My Land Lord day, Lina is awesome.....she will work with you...

For most part the residents are good people. No one is monitoring some of the speeders and driving habits. Kids do not have much room to play or ride their bikes or electric autos. Some of the siding on homes do not match. We enjoyed our holiday visit with family and friends.

Nice quiet neighborhood

The best place to live. Quiet and management is outstanding. I dont regret moving here. Dont like that the rent will be going up but hoping thats good for the security gate that I hope soon we will have up and running. Its pretty quiet out here.

Was doing the dog fence for a while. Great quiet community.

Horrible do not recommend I would give a zero star if possible .

Its a very good place to live theirs a bus that picks up the kids and their everything that you would have in a regular house

Really nice & clean trailer park

Pricey, and they limit you on pets. Nice mobile home park, but if you have larger pets, keep looking.

Looks like a clean area, mobile homes are kept clean for the most part, fairplace to live in..

May be quiet up front but not in the back. Music plays randomly through the day and much of the night.

Nice nieborhood

Been visiting since the beginning, has over 300 movile homes for rent. Management keep it clean. Never see any major plumbing or electrical problems.
