I lived there three years in a brand new home and the lot fee is too high and the utilities are way too high other than that the place was fine

This community is awful good people but bad bad workers. Honestly if I could have rated a -5 I would. They never fixed out front door that was broken when we moved in for 8-9 months. I believe that there was blood stains on the ceiling in the kitchen, but it could have been anything. We lived in a 2 bed one bath that was covered with mold and roaches for $850 a mouth...haha. crazy. Since the community is below the other house it make for lots of bugs. The photos are from the hall, it got worse with time and rain. I believe that there is a hole in the roof and water was leaking in causing BLACK MOLD (very deadly) I will never be living here again.But to all you who are looking to live here, find somewhere else. Im sorry. Just trying to save you time and money.

Its quite an a pleasure to live in.

Do not move here, they may be all nice and all but let me tell you, the first day I move into a home there was mold and it toke my son to get very sick and for me to go out of my way to getting the state involved. I got moved to a new home and of course there nothing but problems, you let the office know and it like ok we will send someone two weeks later, then they never show up so you have to keep bugging them and bugging, they have to get contractors to come and fix thing and even that is nothing but a run around like always. My deck is leaning and they told me last summer it would get fix and almost a year later it is still not fix

My sisters live here. Its so nice and quiet. Has a pool, park, and basketball court for the kids. They did get broken into once though and took alot of stuff.

There was a problem in transition of management to not follow through with promises of prior management, but overall this park is clean, safe and for the most part professionally run with strict rules that keep it with the aforementioned qualities. I like the people here. I like the atmosphere. It is a housing community.......with mobile homes. It would be hard to find a better mobile home community. Revision: New management towed my vehicle which was in my parking space without contacting me. Was told they put a tag on it to put air in the tires. No personal contact. They can go around and put notices on doors about ice cream socials. You would think before they towed my vehicle they would put a notice on my door about we are going to tow your car. They also said they asked me to trim my trees. No notice. A guy shows up and says I am going to trim your tree right now - you have to let me as you were told to trim it. So - still a good park - management needs to get in touch with residents as humans - not objects to manipulate at their convenience.

I like the community itself. All my neighbors are kind and curtious. It’s the management and maintenance I have problems with. When we first moved here there were not any issues. But it seems as though management has changed recently. I have called the office various times for maintenance repairs. I always have to call repeatedly to remind them. Usually takes 2-3 weeks until they finally come out. And every time I call it seems like I’m being an inconvenience to them. They speak to me with attitude. We will definitely not be resigning another year. Be cautious if you are looking into this community.

I wish I could give them no stars, every sent I have moved into here it been hell with no communication, we had lots of water damage and then of course there was mold, we let the office know and it toke them 2 month to do something that with pulling up all he renter right, they moved us into a new home and told us our stuff would be safe well that was a lie, now our rent went up sent we did not move back because they never went througg the state or got the right people, they were covering there ass. This is the worst place, you can’t get nothing in writing of what they say to back everything up, there contractor or cleaning people take your stuff. I have tons of picture sent day one of moving in of what the place they so called was ready. Please I’m saving you time and money not worth it between management and maintenance

Live here for a few years. Rented then purchased. Clean and quiet living. Management has changed quite a few times. As long as you abide by the guide lines as in any complex you will have no problems. I recommend buying here or renting here. This is home

Real nice mobile home park. You dont find many mobile home park that are nice.

I have lived in Creston ridge for a little over a year.I love it the management is great the grounds are very well kept,it is very quiet and peaceful. I know that is thanks to the managers and the grounds people. I just want to say thank you,and keep up the good work!

Great service and no run arounds. Extremely nice staff by the name of Lavida at Creston Ridge. She was beyond helpful. All around great service. We will definitely recommend Creston Ridge to our family and friends.

Im hoping to rent here! Michael was great and honest about everything! He was very helpful and my kids loved him!

I hate living here and im not the only one. Ive lived here for almost 15 years and it just keep going down. But the lot rent keeps going up. As much as i pay here youd think we would get maintenance or something. Cant WAIT TO MOVE THE HELL OUT OF HERE!!

If i could give no stars i would... so been here for 4 years and it seems that iff you own your home and only pay them lot rent, YOUR A TARGET. not repairs, not thieves, not repeated public disturbances, not the illegal dumping of trash at one of our entrances, not the loose dogs biting children and killing another tenants leashed dog, BUT instead they work on getting you out of their PROFITS way. They want the deposit from the unknowing to evict them threw violations of living and changing rules, weekly. They go as FAR as Mandating the quality of your blinds by threats of them buying a replacing them if the are anything but perfect, then billing you. No mailed notices of rule changes, just a note on your door stating 5 days to comply or you will be charged. This is house i own, they own the lot that has never received a late payment, ever. They charge you 10$ if maintenance has you move your trash can from their way. They also only give you 2 days to fixed damaged/slanted/ out of alignment skirting. No mailed letters, just vocal and unlawful notices with unlawful timelines to comply. This place is not in any way a smart decision for anyone with good sense or basic human morals. The pro-longed problems in any office starts with the management. These managers behave as if they have zero legal hoa/mobile home community management training, Forget experience because its evident they lack it,

Decent lot fees, clean, low crime

I REPEAT DONT MOVE HERE THEY CHARGE FOR BOGUS CHARGES AND IF YOU PARK IN THE FRONT OF YOUR HOME YOU WILL GET TOWED . THE WORST FINANCIAL MISTAKE OF MY LIFE LIVING HERE .

Do nothing management, lazy maintenance, I couldnt imagine renting from them. Havent been able to gain access to my property in the storage due to it being blocked by trash.

If you complain to management about their managing skills (or lack thereof) they will harass you over petty things just to be revengeful. DONT move here.

Office does not care about residents! They over charge on a lot of stuff
