Houses old and too close together. No parking...

Great safe environment and friendly residents all through the entire park. Just visiting feels more like home than my own home does.

To many roaches & drugs. People in and out constantly.

Trashy place the kind good kids run away to. And they all lied for each other even the cops. It’s its own world yuck

Been here a few years, dont be fooled by first impressions . Its relatively quiet, affordable, and the staff is friendly. I get my own home with a fenced in yard for less than you would pay to live in a cubicle apartment. There are lots of families here and neighbors watch out for one another. Sure its far from upscale, but its a nice community to live in.

If you want cheap rent this is the place!! Bad sewage pipes out here causes them to shut off our water without a notice and when you run the water you can smell it. No street lights on one side pitch black at nights, people walk around all night and theres no lights to see whats going on around our nahberhood.

Concerned about my parents moving too this mobile home park

A little rundown, but most of the trailers are really nice.

DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE MANAGEMENT HERE IS DISRESPECTFUL UGLY DOESNT FIX ANYTHING HAS SO CALLED MAINTENANCE NONE OF THEM ARE CERTIFIED IN ANYTHING HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO IN CASE EMERGENCY OR NON EMERGENCY SHES SLUM LANDLORD LOOK HER UP. B4 YOU RENT FROM THIS WHOLE IN WALL BUG INFESTED ROAD INFESTED PLACE. PEOPLE DONT RESPECT YOU OR UR PROPERTY. LOT OF BREAKINS. DONT WASTE YOU TIME AND MORE IMPORTANTLY DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Real dirty looking place

Not a bad starter place. Typical trailer park community everyone knows everything (So they think). Office manger is nice. Maintenance crew.. well lets just say they are not all that great. Lots of community kids all play together which is nice not living in the city to have neighborhood friends. All in all I would say good place to live when you stay your self!*MAINTENANCE CREW UPDATED AND WAY BETTER GUYS THAT KNOW WHAT SOMEWHAT THEYRE TALKING ABOUT AND FIXING. MANAGEMENT OFFERS ASSISTANCE WHICH IS NICE IE;SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR KIDS, TRICK TREATING FOR KIDS AND TURKEY DRAWING (10) FOR THANKSGIVING!

The place went to trash after Mr. Morris passed away. I am the original tenant that has live here watching people come and go but it can come back if the place can somehow be renovated.

I really have enjoy my five years here and I appreciate the neighbors being so wonderful and friendly. Manager has worked hard to get rid of all the bad. So its getting better by the day.

Pretty much an emergency move Been here a little short of a month air condition keep breaking. So psst. Trailer Park OK if you mind your business..Trailers arent worth it..cant wait to leave .from Rat infestation to sewerage backup.. update move out ..

This place is good I been hear for three years and everything gets fixed when i ask .but rus rent jumps up $25 a year and that can really hurt some time aslo the internet and phone services sucks out there . All on all its a ok place to stay just keep to your self and have a job to keep u busy because people are nosy.they will make it sound like they care for u like a nabbor dose, but then tell your business to the whole trailer park .

This is a classic mobile home park.If you are a redneck this is perfect!It is, after all, a mobile home park.City water!City electricity!What more could you ask for?There is not one, but 2 convenience stores within walking distance!

It seems good in front but the more you go back the more trashy it gets and if your a gun owner or have any weapons for harm your not allowed while workers do half of what you paid them to do

Very filthy, ferral cats and unwanted, uncared for dogs looking for food need to have security around there maintenance men look sketchy

This place sucks. Manager is no good. Would NEVER live here again

Move in ..moved out in 30 days ..trailer was infested with rats one jumped out of my closet one morning and I got the hell on..sewage system wastes on the ground in a field.big flies swarming around.just sad...Reported to code compliance just to find out several others have complained also and moved ...save your money because you will not get a refund..
