Friendly and eager to help! I spoke with CiCi community manager in the office, she answered all my questions and even sent me home with school supplies for my kids. Quiet and Comfortable will be at the top of the list!

I was very wrong about place. Someone I know had a newborn send and two weeks into her life had to go to the hospital for a week because she had RSV due to mold that the landlord didnt think was so major, however set nuby for little girl didnt seem to think it was so minor. Even after showing them pics they still denied and were just going to send someone into kind of spray a little spray but that black mold was throughout the wall caused by the gutters outside traveling inside the walls and ultimately into the floor. All they needed to do was seal rain gutters or put real ones on 2 put an end breeding of mold spores. If you can see it inside of the house on the walls can you imagine what it looks like inside where it holds moisture. I really thought it was a nice place but the black mold was ridiculous

Beautiful and safe homes ! The community is so nice and everyone is friendly. Especially Cece. She helped me get into a place in no time. She’s so wonderful and a big help! She made this experience smooth and easy. I look forward to living in this wonderful community.

Very clean safe and reasonablly priced very kind lady cece in the office who will work with you if you need it If youre looking for a safe place with office personnel who cares definitely go to country oaks

I do not usually write reviews but I was so impressed by the Cece The manager at Country oaks . She was so kind and Informative . I am looking for a future move in June and most places I have visited so far have disregarded me when they realized I was not going to move in right away but Ms. Cece made us feel just as important as if I wanted to move in tomorrow. I am planning to return and hopefully live here soon! Thank you Cece for all your help. I would also like to say that the Community is absolutely beautiful and the homes are quite nice!

Cici is fantastic! We took a tour of 3 homes with her and she instantly made us feel like we were already part of the community! We are so excited for our future here.

Excellent help in the office! Wish we were just a little faster to get that home though. Maybe next time... Lol

Awesome helpful staff, community located right next to my child’s school! So happy!!

Visit family here occasionally. Not a bad place, but the new land lords dont seem to do a lot when tenants do things they shouldnt. Big dogs chained outside behind trailers that arent their own... Bulk trash collection not being done. The neighbors seem nice for the most part, but still has its issues.

Construction across the street, strict pet policy. Across from a school so good location if you have kids

Ive lived here my whole life and I will tell u its amazing

This is the 2 nd year I have lived there and we have had 3 water outages this summer. People speed thru the trailer park. But otherwise it is quiet and clean

It was a great place to live but know is just like loving in apartments its better to buy your on place

I visited a friend there over the weekend and its a very nice Mobile Home Park. Its quiet and a few miles off the main road and I was told by my friend fairly priced.

Very quiet. Neighbors are nice

They kicked us out for no reason and we bought our house and lived there for 8 years,we were on time and they just kicked us out
