I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT MOVING HERE!They have changed the name from Lackland Mobile Home Park to Lackland MHC. They deleted all of the reviews that were under Lackland Mobile Home park. If you try to google it you will not find any information under that name.The office manager sent out letters stating that big changes and upgrades are coming therefore they had to raise the lot rent once again by $25 bringing it to $420 a month in addition to the water fee of $150 plus city inspection charges $35 plus your regular mobile home rental which is around $400 for a total of $1005.I wouldnt mind paying that if the park were truly updated as they state in the document. We still have many, many pot holes throughout, dangerously dilapidated homes, non-working security gates, broken basketball courts with no net for the kids to play, pool that is never open in the summer months, broken and leaking sewer pipes that back up monthly, communistic slumlord that sends out her minions to write people up for the slightest violations threatening to evict. We cannot even go out to our yards to garden without receiving a violation.These are some things to think about before moving into this hell hole.
