Such a clean and quiet place. The play area is perfect and our daughter loves meeting new kiddos and playing. Also a great spot to watch the sunset!

Beautiful park beside downtown San Angelo. There’s a large playground for children with a toddler area. A huge green space provides lots of room for kids to run or sports teams to practice. There’s a physical fitness area with exercise equipment. A large covered gazebo provides shade and picnic tables. There’s another picnic area on the northeast corner with charcoal grills and two porta potties nearby. The park is situated between the Concho River and an old historic firehouse. Behind the firehouse is an old fire truck that is covered in mosaic tiles that children are welcome to climb all over which they love! It’s a lovely spot and worth a visit.

Very lovely park. It has a separate section to work out, large area to run around, and a large gazebo to shade you from the sun.

Nice park with a fair amount of things to do. Cool playground for the kids, the river is stocked with lots of fish. Overall the park is very well kept and the landscaping is beautiful. Theres also paddle boating, mini golf, some workout equipment near the YMCA and as long as its not too hot theres usually a bunch of families hanging out doing family stuff.

This is a nice playground. There is a wide space to run. It is also within walking distance of the art museum and that is a very pleasant walk along the water.

Great place for kids, but not the restrooms portal potty dirty, needs to be clean daily kids have to use it come on

Was amazing

Large gatherings of homeless people. They were yelling at kids not to play in areas where they evidentially slept. Will not be back. City of San Angelo really needs to do something about it.

Always has a soothing effect on me, with the breeze right off the lake, leaving me feeling refreshed.

I Love what the City has done with it, However it feels like it COULD be SO much more! Hopefully theres plans in the future to make it more like the Riverwalk in San Antonio. I believe That would attract SO much tourism!

The area seemed a bit in disrepair and dirty with trash everywhere. Could be a really nice facility if proper care was and place.

Beautiful! I love the way the city has developed the parks along the Concho river. Is so relaxing and enjoyable just to walk and see the plants and water.

Was at a birthday party. I like the park cause they keep it very clean and it is very safe for my children.
