They made us take a picture with our kids so we could show them when we left but no one checked us out, someone could have just walked out with another persons children. There was also a bigger girl that worked the counter for the prizes and she was not having a good day at all. Besides that the food was decent 6/10. But my kids had a good time!

Way better than I remember it being from when I was growing up! Helpful staff, cool bracelets that can be used for unlimited gaming, and decent pizza to boot. Parties are a tad pricey, but they are pretty fun overall, especially for the birthday kid...

Chuck-E-Cheese employees are so nice and generous. The place is also safe, they always have someone walk around disinfecting all the game machines. They also include hand sanitizing stations and take your temperature when you walk in.

The place has changed quite a bit since I’ve last been here. These guys must make a ton of money because this place is popular! They have all sorts of games and the food was pretty good! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was a bit smaller than I had anticipated for a medium but it was good. We also ordered chicken wings with the bbq glaze and they were good too! We were hoping that they have a play area that our boy could climb around in and they do, but it was not as engaging as I expected. They also use a card system to play the games and that was cool. Overall good experience and would bring my boy back for sure.

The pizza here is seriously underrated! Its so good. Plus they have so much else!! Cotton candy, pretzel bites, mozzarella sticks, cheese bread and bread sticks. So good! During covid-19, this is a great place to feed kids and still have it be fun but also cheap

He helped us with a few machines that froze because of us winning so much, he resolved the problem quickly and in a very professional manner. Margaret and all that staff and the manager at Salt Lake City Utah location have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! I will never Go back there it’s sad because this is the only one Chuck E. Cheese in Utah!

A very polite and friendly manager helped us with our order. It was clean and had marks for people to stand at on order to maintain physical distancing between customers due to Covid-19 (although we were the only ones there).

Its always been my kids favorite pizza and games place. Unfortunately because of the covid-19 they are in bad status like other busineses. I hope they get back on their feet again. God bless America.

Price for playing is alright, not as good as nickle mania. Their pizza is awesome. The best thing by far is the pizza. Point prices is can be way better. They still use tickets which is fun. No tokens, just a card.

The twenty-somethings who have to serve pizza and ice cream to your brats aren’t responsible for supervising. You are.

Expensive, but a great venue. I liked getting a card for the rides and games. We purchased an hour of playtime and pizza. They paused the card while we ate, so we didnt lose game time while we ate. The kids had a great time.

Tuck my granddaughter for her birth date and play with all the 4 year old would want to play and when she was done her little hands were so dirty I immediately wash her hand and informed staff and was confronted with no urgency then noticed my own hand were as Filthy and showed them still no attempt to clean the games . my family our I will ever go to your place of business ever and will be sharing every where.

Its an incredibly expensive outing for a couple of so-so pizzas, drinks etc. (tho they were better this last time than ever before) but the kids love it. The wings were quite good. We had issues with a couple of games and it was almost impossible to get help on the game floor and keep an eye on the kiddos. And its so chaotic, you need to keep an eye on the little ones at all times!

This place has really gone down hill. Absolute disaster for a birthday party. Its worse than going to walmart.

The pizza has gotten way better compared to a few years ago. We have been going for birthdays for the past 15 or so years for the kids. They love it. My son still loves when the giant mouse comes out to give him a high 5. The music/videos are on repeat and are annoying the first time you hear it, but the games are fun and keep the kids entertained.

Staff was friendly, positive, and the employee in the chuckie E cheese costume was great! My kids had an awesome time, prices for the unlimited game play bands are so worth it!

Easy to use reloadable card system for all the games, pizza is decent but a little pricey. Staff was friendly and the service was prompt. We only waited 5 minutes for our food once it was ordered.

1st time here since I was a child. My children enjoyed their 1st experience. Lots of games to play, price for games is reasonable. Food was pricey but good.

Mostly just wanted to share deplorable state of toilet hygiene. Doesnt seem necessary to let toilets get this filthy.

It was safe, clean, and fun!

Under staffed. Aylissa seemed to be very helpful. I waited for the manger for over an hour to refund me on an ice cream machine that wasn’t working. She never did come. The guy that hosted my party ended up just getting me the ice cream my son wanted. The facility itself is nice.

Kids really enjoy this place, pizzas are good but not the Best you can get in salt Lake.You’ll have to pay for the food and the machines, it’s a great place to bring kids, they’ll be Able to laugh, run and freely enjoy.

5 stars for the food and 0 stars for customer service. People are very grumpy here and contribute negatively to the atmosphere. But the games were great and the food was delicious!

Love having my kids bday here, it’s cheap and does all the intertwining for you so you can actually sit back and enjoy your child’s bday with them! Also I love that you get stamped with the same number as your kid so they can’t leave with a stranger!

I havent been to a Chuck E. Cheeses for over 10 years. I had low hopes for this birthday party. Honestly we were blown away. All the games worked. The employees were friendly and helpful, the food and party setup was good and easy and they let you buy unlimited game cards for a time slot. Its great to give 10 kids cards and just let them go have fun without having to deal with coins. We will be taking kids here in the future for more birthday parties!

My kids and I went for a friends birthday party. It was great! We all had so much fun! Its clean, the games are fun, and my kids actually ate the food. It was a win all the way around.

The employee that hosted our party was the best! She helped with everything so that we could just focus on the party. I really wish I could remember her name.

Was not too impressed with their kids menu as far as fries and four children nuggets the order was ok .. but the dish its self on arrival was burnt it taste burnt so I asked for another one for my two year old daughter and again I was burnt fries and nuggets so I just left it there untouchedAnd this new gaming card vs the old coins no no no ...Why would you take the fun out of the coins now you have to buy a play card and your minutes start running as soon as you start the first ride how not fun is thatYou literally have to run against timeWas not what I expected of Chucky Cheese Sorry ...

I was always watching Favorite oh Shiitake Mushrooms about you Guys saw Leland and Leanna Skipping First day of School right about gonna be 8 months ago they spend time andhave fun to play and the you saw a kid throw up right between the exit and entrance right.

Had my grandson birthday at this location. The staff was very friendly but wish they gave better instruction on the ticket air machine. He didnt know what to do. Overall had a great time!!

The kids love it. It was nice to see they changed how they do their game cards. You can still purchase a number of tokens or purchase unlimited for a certain amount of time which is a lot better deal. Food always takes a long time, but of course you dont really go for the food and the kids have something to do while waiting.

It was a lot of fun but games were running out of tickets and it was kind of hard to find someone for help.

My kids love Chuck E. Cheese! The are a lot of games to play and they are a reasonable price. The pizza is actually pretty good.

Super fun! We came here for a party. For kids its great, if your an adult, maybe eat before. The pizza is extra thin crust, and i dont know how many you get, but i could easily eat one to myself. it always seems busy, which is good. Love the upgrade to the cards for games. A handful of the games were out of order, sadly. And the door lady, didnt seem to know much of what she was doing when we were leaving.

I mean its a Charles Edward Cheeses. I really dont know his middle name but if this were a Marx brothers movie Id guess Edward and then Chuck would say, No, its Thomas. But you were close, really close. ... Anyway fun arcade and my kids loved it, heck I loved it. The new pay for time really was a better deal I think as we just bought one card worth an hour and a half and all the kids just used the same card. They could play games at the same time off the same card so it was super handy.

Im going to play the part of Captain Obvious to all the parents out there. This place is a colossal waste of money, time, and energy (in that order). A further, yet still painfully obvious observation is just how grossly unpalatable the food is, both in cost and taste. HOWEVER, the option for kids to play unlimited games for an allotted amount of purchased time is really great for younger kids. Plus, the employees are nice and helpful and the facility is clean and well maintained.

Forgot how outrageous the prices are here.. Spent 3 hours here today for $140. Packed as usual. Not a great place for lil babies as it gets too packed to push a stroller around the game floor with you as you play or watch older kids play. Noticed games were lagging and taking 2 credits because of the lag instead of the 1 credit. Food and pizza was mediocre at best. Super greasy and fries were tasteless. Salad bar was just blah. For weak stomachs. Just do not eat here! We left around 6pm. Walked in with a normal healthy no issues hungry teenager, walked away with a visibly ill kid throwing his guts up now for 5 hours.. The rest of us just have really bad stomach aches now. So beware. Maybe not the best place for food.

It was clean and everything was in working conditions. It was really loud, the music. Then add the kids trying to scream over the music made it that much louder. I also felt the games didnt give very many tickets. But overall my 3 year old loved it.

The pizza was delicious. Poor Chuck-e-Cheese looked like he was in a fight and got punched in the nose. The costume was falling apart. It wasnt as clean as it could have been and the floor by the sodas was all sticky but there were tons of kids spilling drinks and running around having a great time. My son just turned 1 and he had a blast!!! He loved it so I have to rate 4 stars instead of the 3 I would have if it were me on my own. Im sure he would rate 5 stars if he could. Kids dont care about that sort of thing. All in all its classic Chuck-e-Cheese. Where a kid can be a kid lol.

I havent actually had the food at Chuck E Cheeses, but our family goes there for the awesome games the whole family can play - including our 4-year-old son. The place is spotlessly clean and there are a lot of games and mini-rides to choose from. Im always amazed by how cheap the games are: between 30 cents to 80 cents on average (most are on the lower end). Highly recommend it as a family outing!

I like taking my kids to Chuck E. Cheese’s and they have so much fun. However the experience for this Saturday was not good at all. I got the reservation for my babies first birthday, it was from 3-5 for the table. I had already talked to them over the phone and confirmed everything I wanted and needed for that day. When we got there they started asking us the same questions regarding what food we wanted, how many pizzas we needed and what toppings we wanted. It was clear that everything I requested and talked to them over the phone days prior to the party had not been saved. Then we were getting ready to do the cake and had asked our server if it was still ok to do it at the table we had reserved since it was almost 5pm, she said we could and there was no rush, all of the sudden at 5pm this other lady comes to us yelling “your reservation is over, you need to leave the table now”!!! She was so rude about it specially after our server had just told us we could stay on the table a bit more. So we just moved all our stuff to the tables on the side. They took our pitchers that were full of drinks and when I asked if we could get them they said no because those are only for the reserved tables and they needed them for the other parties! Turns out that we left at 7pm and No One else had reserved the table we had!!!Also right after we moved from the reserved tables to the side ones we kept getting asked to pay our bill even though we were still ordering more pizza and eating cake! At one point one of the servers came up to me and said “my boss said you need to Pay now” so I got up and went to pay since it was clear they weren’t going to let us finish eating. To end everything when our kids were getting prizes the lady there was super rude to the kids and rushing them to get their prizes.All I can say about this birthday experience at this Chuck E. Cheese’s is that it was not a good one at all, the staff were very rude and they are not organized with the things you request or order ahead of time. The only person that was nice to us and tried to help was our server! No one else!

Kids had a blast, as usual. Staff forgot to give me my salad plates, so I just had to go ask for them after the pizza came (we had the cali-Alfredo which was amazing). Then we kept getting passed up at the prize counter and ended up waiting for a full 20 minutes. There were no paper towels in the bathroom. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and I didnt see anyone wiping down any of the activity centers, so they dont really get cleaned every hour as advertised. Despite these little inconveniences, overall we had a good time and the staff was helpful and friendly.

They constantly made sure we had refills. The pizza was fresh. It was pretty clean. Chuck E was fun for the kids. Im sure it was expensive but it wasnt my bill Haha I was there for a birthday party. The only reason why I did 4/5 was because the person sitting at the entrance wasnt very attentive I could have walked out with one of the game machines and she wouldnt have looked up.

Absolutley a great place to take your children too. I love that they stamp your hand with a UV stamp to help keep children safe and make sure they cant wonder out of the restaurant or leave with strangers. Very clean for a kids resturant. The staff was very kind and they had really good food. I loved the salad bar. Ill definately bring my daughter back she loved the entire experience and so did I.

My life changed when I attended chucke e. cheese. I remember growing up and thinking ...”all I want is pizza from Chuck E. Cheese”. So I would go there for my birthday parties and gain self confidence by winning arcade games over and over again. Although the place lacks some sanitary aspects...it was worth the germs.

My 4 year old grandson had is birthday at Chuckie Cheese. They really know how to make a kid feel like it is their special day and really put the attention focused on the child. When they take center stage with Chuckie, just watch their faces light up. That one moment is what the whole birthday is about.

Clean fun place for kidsCoins and prizes are a rip off of course, like all kid arcade places but the kids love it. Fun place for birthdays etc. they have a big screen playing nonstop with kid sing alongs and shows as well besides the rides etc. My 4 yr old had a blast. About enough entertainment for a solid hour and a half.

Party was good but staff forgot to hand out goodie bags to kids. We called and spoke to manager Mariah, she said we have to drive back and give receipt in order to get refund on bags. I asked if we could email or fax receipt, she said no. Did not offer an apology for their mistake, and I am now inconvenienced to drive 20 min out of my way to get a refund.

The food was great, the games were fantastic. The bathrooms, mens, womens and family were absolutely disgusting. The floors in all of them were so sticky that my shoes got stuck. The toilets in the stalls of the mens room were covered in pee and excrement all over the inside of the toilet, the family restroom smelt like a two week old diaper genie and the door is broken (you have to lift it up and to the left to get it to close.) In addition, all of the nearby trashcans were overfilling with trash and needed to be attended to. The young lady who cleaned the table we just got finished with sprayed two spurts of cleaner on the table and did a quick wax on-wax off of the table, leaving all of the debris on the benches and the floor under the benches. Bottom line, the cleanliness of this place is below what I would expect. Clean more!!!

We had a great time with the kids in at chucky cheese. The games are fun and the kids love being there. The food is ok, it could be better but you get what you paid. Highly recommended go on week days in the morning, is more enjoyable than weekends or evenings where there are more children sharing their viruses. But is a good place to go there once in a while as a family.

I really liked the variety of games, we could be there for hours. Its fun for kids and adults.

Havent been there for a few years and definitely like the new card system. Also the unlimited Playtime instead of inserting coins is a great option. Have to say the pizza is not half bad definitely doesnt taste like Windex like sometimes can occur in these types of places.
