3 stars because it was a cool place to have a beer and watch football. The staff is more into each other or their cell phones than their customers. There was one young server that was there to work. He was very attentive to his customers. It was nice to see especially since the rest were into hanging out with each other or sitting on their cell phones. I even watched the bartender do a shot. You might want to wrangle your people in a little. You could have an amazing place!

Good spot to handout with your friends or family. The place got various seating options (Indoors, outdoors, on and off patio). This place usually gets crowed so suggest to have a table reserved or keep the waiting time in mind when visiting. Good taste and a nice bar menu to go with. Additional pro is that you can enjoy a delightful live -music as well.

Really disappointing. Weve been here before and one order of mac and cheese was plenty to feed three people, but we got it for takeout today and the portion was much smaller, but we paid the same price. My partner and I are both still hungry after eating. I wish they would give us the same amount of food, or at least decrease the price for takeout. It feels like a ripoff. The food was delicious though.

Gracies Gastropub Has great pub fare & and a good beer selection. I had the ruben and the meat was fatty but otherwise a good sandwich. Theres outdoor seating upstairs & downstairs & the kitchen is open until midnight which makes it great for late summer nights & people watching. Also staff is friendly even while being clearly overworked. I highly recommend Gracies if youre ever hungry or looking for a good place to go for drinks in Salt Lake. They also have really amazing Bloody Marys.

Food is absolutely awesome. Jalapeños poppers are delicious but way over priced. 10.00 for 2 Jalapeños split and wrapped in bacon seems very high. They are very good though. I had the piled high Ruben and it is probably the best Ruben Ive ever had. Chips and salsa are so so. My buddy had the steak wrap and he said it was amazing. Great service. Friendly atmosphere. I will eat here again before I leave town.

This was a great place to meet after work. The drink menu is extensive. If you are looking for non-alcholic, your choices are limited the bottled soda. We had the anchor chili wings, nachos and bacon wrapped poppers. Very tasty, not overly spicy. The server was on top of it. Music starts at about 7pm.

Women working the door ignored us for 5 minutes last night, while we waited to be put on the list. Instead helping those who cut in front without masks, and no regard for social distance. Gracie’s has been a go to spot when I’m in town. That will likely change.Left and went next door to Squatters where we were promptly greeted and placed on the list. Waited 5 min to be seated and the food and service were excellent.

Gracies is a great spot to mix and mingle and the food is delicious. Drinks are fairly priced. Good place for a date or catch up with friends.

I’ve enjoyed Gracies for a number of years since I first went in 2016. For breakfast and dinner I haven’t found a single complaint. Great food and great drinks along with a good time and a live band I suggest it to everyone.

Absolutely love the patios and atmosphere of Gracies. I’ve never had a bad meal when I’ve been here. Last night I had some outstanding service from our waiter, Ben! Super attentive even with every table filled and he bad amazing recommendations all night. He really went above and beyond and made our night even better. Thanks for always delivering a 5 star experience.

Its so appetizing. I will be bringing family next time. Prices that are reasonable. Similar to a place in Denver I loved.

Got there near five, it wasnt very busy. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. This place has a great feel to it. Feels like a place in Charlotte that I enjoyed visiting.

A nice place to grab a bite and start your night downtown. Great Nachos! Not much of a dance floor if you actually like to dance but usually FULL of people by the end of the night. A good place to start out, leave, then maybe return later in the night. Also a good spot to meet locals and maybe even meet a Utah Jazz player. Has happened before. Close walk to downtown nightlife.

Incredible customer service and loved the ambience of the restaurant. I tried spinach artichoke dip for the first time ever and it was amazing! My entree was the carne asada tacos a tad spicy, but delicious and filling.

I was visiting SLC and was told I needed to try Gracies. Very thankful for the recommendation. I had the fried avocado tacos which were absolutely perfect. Paired very well with a great perfectly mixed Jack and coke. Fun upbeat, yet relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Went here for a work dinner with seven guys on a Wednesday night, fairly busy. The ‘open seating’ arrangement was odd to me for such a larger restaurant, but we were able to find a bar area to all sit together. Service was good but not great, food was good for bar food but nothing extraordinary. I had the Reuben and fries, I’d give the sandwich a 7/10, the fries were better.... good thick cut steak fries. Some of my colleagues had steaks that were well presented and they said were very good.

Came with my girlfriend and one of our best friends to sit on the patio and listen to some live music. The band and food were amazing, but our server Ben was the best! Even with all of the restrictions he made sure we were very well taken care of! We will always request him!

Staff treated us so kindly. The bill was good for what you get. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.

Generally a solid place to have some drinks. Theres a lot of good seating; upstairs balcony, indoor, and outdoor patio. Service can be somewhat slow at times compared to other places but that mostly since this place is so large (great for social distancing!). The drink selection isnt humongous but the prices are great compared to other places in the area. It wouldnt hurt to have some more beer and whiskey selections but theres enough of the basics to get by. Lots of TVs with various sports playing and a lively environment. Overall theres room to improve but I would recommend checking it out.Update: the food kinda sucks here. Everything was obviously microwaved, or at the very least under heat lamp for too long. I dont intend to eat here again. That said,heres also live music at times so the bad food is countered by good/cheap drinks and good atmosphere.

Ive gone to Gracies a handful of times. The customer service and food have been fantastic every. Single. Time. Their nachos are amazing and its a huge portion you can share with people or eat it yourself! Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a good place to eat and drink with your friends. Awesome atmosphere and people.

We used to love Gracies, and we still love the bartenders there (especially Mike). But we were told tonight by an employee named Vanessa that because of Covid we had to stop leaving our table. Everytime we left our table it was to use to the bathroom and we made sure to wear our masks as was mandated. We were also very confused when Vanessa told us we probably needed to be cut off for awhile because we bought drinks at the bar instead of at the table. We closed our tab and left immediately. We werent even buzzed. Probably wont be back.

Waited 24 min to for the Waitress to take our drink order, the 30 more min to get out food order. Great food!!! First round got one drink wrong, then the Waitress never came to check to see if we needed anything for a good 30min. Second round I asked for a Tequila Sunrise with sprite, yea no grenadine or sprite. Had to ask 3 times for. Glass of water.... Mind you, they are not busy at this time. The staff at the door was friendly but as soon as we got seated we waited 15-20 minutes for a waitress. Eventually we got sick of watching the waitresses walking right passed us and asked for a different seat. We got seated and by then it was already last call. Only got one drink each person (4) and one of them was wrong. The waitress acted like it was our fault and rude. Didn’t ask if the check was separate or together and put us all on one check. Not really a great experience overall

The food is great it really is a great place to just enjoy the sites and sounds of the city from the upper deck (closed when I was last there) but a great place to have lunch or dinner with friends, family, date nights.

First time at Gracies. It was on a Friday at about 7:00 PM. We didnt have to wait for a table and we could sit anywhere.We sat upstairs on the balcony, which was perfect. The ambience was great. Chill folks shared the balcony with us. The weather was just right. Credit to Gracies for taking advantage, and having outdoor seating.The live music was nice...and chill as well. One singer sounded a lot like Alison Krauss, and another sounded like Jewel.I ordered a Turkey Wrap with regular French fries. The wrap was good, but it doesnt call me back for another one. I may get the Curry bowl next time. The fries were great.I give a 4 because it took about 15 minutes and two requests to get more ketchup for the fries. About 5 minutes after the first request, the waiter came back and said a waitress would bring it right out. About 7 minutes later I requested again to the same waiter. He seemed a bit surprised that it hadnt been brought out. He then brought itout a few minutes later.Its not a big deal, but it was part of my experience. They didnt seem busy, and it was a simple request.Will I be back for a second visit... ABSOLUTELY!Great place to take a date, or to go with friends.

If you are worried about Covid, this is a place you can feel more comfortable going. The bartender has his station taped off, and will not let anyone get near it. They are also requiring all patrons to wear masks when they are not at a table, and the staff is actually enforcing the rule. When groups left, we always saw a staff member cleaning their spot immediately. This establishment is setting a good example of taking Covid precautions seriously, and we appreciate it.

It was great! Had a couple of really well made old fashioneds and a very delicious rare wagyu burger. Great atmosphere, younger crowd mostly, live DJ but if you didnt like the music you could just go upstairs. Social distancing required, and mask rule in effect.

Get the sweet potato fries!!! I had the veggie wrap and it was so different from any wrap I’ve had. The white beans, rice, mushrooms, chopped jalapeños, spinach, carrots and cabbage where wrapped in a spinach tortilla and blended together for a tasty dinner.

Was there a few weekends ago with a friend. Our server was attentive without being disruptive. Food & drinks were amazing!

This place was just ok. Nothing was bad really, just missed the mark. Again, the food was ok, but not much more then overpriced bar fare trying to be fine dining. The service was lacking as well... the host told us to seat ourselves, we sat an an unclean table (which is lackadaisical in this current COVID climate) for a good 15 minutes before anyone even recognized that we were there. Once the staff arrived she only removed the dirty glasses etc, but did nothing to clean or sanitize the table. We were expected to figure out how to access the menu on our own using our phone and a scan code at the table, since we are clearly out of the loop of this tec ordering, a better greeting process at the door could have solved several issues we encountered from the start. The host had more than enough time to do a better job as they were not busy and no one was waiting. A host should be exactly that, it’s their job to introduce you to the dining experience and make you feel welcome, comfortable, and knowledgeable about what to expect. The urban vibe was good and the patio was a bonus, but this space could really be more than it is with a bit of effort.

This place is so cool. Plenty of wriggle room and lots of outdoor seating. Great music playing just loud enough to enjoy but not to overpower the conversation. The brussels were delicious, steak and potatoes fantastic, and the beer selection is plenty! We were glad to find this place in such a nice part of town.

Gracies is usually a go to fun spot for me. Great staff and good crowd. The atmosphere is open and spaced out. You have room to breathe and feel comfortable. The drinks and food are good and I recommend trying it at least once.Reason for the two star. After ordering multiple rounds of drinks we were told last call. We had already order an Uber and it was 10 minutes out so we all ordered Red Bull’s. The waiter brought them to us open so we didn’t realize there would be an issue as we went to leave and were accosted for leaving with open drinks. Red Bull’s... that they just opened and didn’t ask us if we wanted them open. The staff was unprofessional to say the least in addressing the issue and when I pointed out they opened them before bringing them to us or letting us know we couldn’t take them to the Uber waiting they had nothing to say.Time will tell if and when me and my friends will return to Gracies.

They will charge you $7 for basic bloody marys on Sunday when the menu says they are $3 and there is no $7 bloody mary option! Figure it out management! Dont put your employees in that spot!!

Been coming here almost every Wednesday for the last few months for Geeks Who Drink trivia. Its a nice place. Lots of room, 3 different areas to sit in, good friendly service. Most of the food Ive tried is good. You have to try the butternut squash soup, maybe skip the Greek meatball pita, its ok but they have better things in the menu (buffalo fried cauliflower, Reuben, caprice chicken). Plenty of parking if you want to pay $8, but there is free parking down the street if you want to look for it and walk a bit.

This place is cool!(Im old, what can I say?). We came a few times to celebrate friends birthdays and Ive got to say this is a lively and popular place. The appetizers are great and we all had different entrees and they were delicious. Eat/drink inside or out while enjoying the music and efficient service. Its a fun place to pop in for a meal or drinks with friends.

Loved the atmosphere here. It was great for the small group that I had. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor, plus the dance floor. The drinks were decent prices, but it was difficult because many we were served were just awful. The margarita tasted like water, tequila, and a dash of lime. Other drinks, like the mojito were great. Overall, good experience.

This is exactly what a bar should be like. Live music, upbeat and happy atmosphere, and excellent food. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the spirits. Our server, especially, was amazing. He didnt need to write down our orders and got every bit of it correct. We will definitely be returning.

This place was a nice find, and could be really cool with some improvements. They have a full bar, food, and games. Unfortunately, the food wasnt that great. We got some tacos and they were super soggy, and a wrap that would have been good, but the aioli on it made it taste like a month full of egg. There is a room by the entrance with a pool table, a shuffle board, and board games. Their website says darts, but we didnt see any. They may have been upstairs, but we didnt go up there because they were having a Geeks Who Drink. The pool table takes coins (they have a bill breaker) and unfortunately was very beat up. We actually had to share a cue and it was broken, but we still had fun. They have lots of TVs throughout, and the bathrooms were fine. There is a vending machine in the room with the pool table.

Gracies hosted our office holiday party this year and we absolutely loved it! Super quick and easy to plan, food was awesome (fried avocado tacos are a must!) and the servers were friendly/prompt with drinks. Highly recommend Gracies for an event and of course a night out.

Went to Gracie’s for one drink with a friend. I left a 4.00 tip on my $20 order and when I looked back at my bank statement they had charged me $60.00? Very unimpressed.

People love this joint cause it’s downtown and they play good music. There’s a good dance floor and the energy is definitely a fun time. Their food is very good and their patio is a nice area to hang out in the summer months. The staff is prompt and kind. My only beef with this place is their drink prices. I feel like they wayyyy overcharge and well, I’m just not into that sort of thing. No reason to charge so much for so little. But I guess if the people keep coming.

Very chill place! There was a live band playing when I was there around 9pm. The waiter was really cool and attentive. Hope to go up to their balcony since it looked pretty nice. It was closed for some reason that night.

Gracies is the BOMB. The food here is amazing. I had the stake wrap and not only was it mouth wateringly delicious but it was also very reasonably priced and Omg by far the best wrap Ive ever eaten. My friend ordered the garlic burger and it was to die for. I cant belive I have lived so close to this restaurant and never tried it before. I will definitely be back soon
