Place was filled with 50+ year olds who missed their rebellion years in high school. Billiards and drink specials were alright, but the crowd was 90% wearing black clothing but very nice. If you are under 50 looking to meet new people, I would recommend a pub closer to SLC on market street or another area. If you live around here and need cheap pitchers, this would be a good option (there was a $5 cover charge because of a grunge rock band that couldnt come up with any songs thats adverbs didnt merely feature curses).
LOVE their pizza, especially the Monster. So delicious. And cheap beer is always appreciated. :-)
Warm, roudy, great pizza. Good bands, Like The Business play there! and $5 cover aint bad!
Awesome food, great bands, quick and ready bar maids and bar tenders and I love the firepit out back, it feels so much like your camping, its cozy and friendly (update) it ou s now closed it has been since 2014, Im very saddened by this, jim,and Kimmy loved this bar, and so did I unfortunately greed, and money hungry savage wanted Jims bar badly, just to tear it down and make their new stupid canyon center, and partial park(yuck!) But the mayor kelvyn cullimore had ordered the chief of police,Robby Russo, to shut them down, because jim wouldnt take their measly amount of money they offered him to buy the property, and thus began the cottonwood heights illegal and corrupt actions to destroy his business, which worked, the business once made $1,400,000/year,and after a few years it was only making about $350,000/year.. they destroyed a great bar,a great business, and lost the chairs respect of a lot of people in utah... I am so sorry it is gone!!
