IconoCLAD has always been a cool store that reminds me of the self owned consignment shops in Philly and New York back east where Im from. My only gripe is that the mens section has mostly consignment stuff and almost no user clothing now but they still have their sticker deals and I cant really be all that upset when theyre carrying and helping sell so many local peoples stuff. Happy to see this place has been surviving the pandemic but just in case, head down and check it out and hopefully youll find something you like to help keep them going. If anything, they at least sell some pretty awesome masks for both Men and Women for cheap

IconoCLAD has been my favorite local retailer since essentially the day they opened! Great secondhand and new products, sincerely friendly staff, and they have cats!Recent experience: I haven’t bought any clothes basically all year, trying to avoid stores and dressing rooms/crowds etc. But iconoclad has implicated good protocol for purchase during Covid-times. I’ve been desperately in need of new pants to conform to my quarantine weight-gain I finally came in last week, I found three pairs of new pants, hiking shoes, and a tank top in 20-minutes of safe browsing and it cost me under $100!Great for yourself or for holiday gifts for our Hera, ship local and shop HERE!

Iconoclad is the best! I recommend this store to everyone. It was starting to get embarrassing how often I ordered online/picked up clothes during the past few months. But they just made it so easy! And scrolling through their responses to reviews and social media always makes me laugh.Everyone that works there is rad and they all have the coolest personal style. This place is so infuriating because literally all their clothes are so freaking cute. It is the ONLY place I buy bralettes. They fit like a glove, are affordable, and they have so many sizes! I arguably have too many for one sane person. Even their consignment clothes are fire. Great prices and the cutest shop cats.

I absolutely LOVE this store. I appreciate their efforts to keep both their staff and patrons healthy with their covid policies. I have shopped both online and in person and have always had a great experience. I am a quad skater and having cute outfits to skate in is important to me. This place always the most rockin clothing but the real catch here is that it feels like a safe place. Between the employees and the cats, the clothes and the shoes, the atmosphere and the idea that they blast people publicly for shoplifting, this is my top rated store of Utah. 10/10 recommend.

This store is horrible! They are always posting CUTE clothes on their socials and then a few quick clicks later and I have spent ALL my money on their stuff! They have the AUDACITY to ENTICE me into their store with ADORABLE felines and EXCELLENT staff, it is appalling and frankly unethical! I love Iconoclad! This store has everything. Trendy consigned clothes in all sizes, new clothes from handpicked brands, mens clothes, womens clothes, shoes, sexy clothes, comfy lounge clothes, rave clothes, and that thing where they pull in a DJ every so often and bump dank tunes while local artists peddle their wares.And they sell N95 masks! Cool ones AND regular, boring ones!And they have a rotating discount tag system for the consigned items!And everyone who works there are absolutely the most wonderful people!I love this store.

I just love this place! I should of reviewed years ago. The people that work there are genuinely nice and care about the customer while providing a remarkable experience. Even the emails I received during the face mask pre-order were sweet and real. I brought the staff cookies when I picked up my mask just for the hell of it. This little shop makes me so happy!

Literally one of the best stores in all of salt lake. Best thrift store for sure. They bring in an excellent collection and always check for quality of clothes, as well as pay consigners a very fair amount. Another plus is they’re locally owned and taking some of the best COVID precautions I’ve seen. Also they have shop cats and a hilarious Instagram so how could you not love them?! Best clothes shopping experience ever. The staff are super cool and the clothing selection is usually really great. My favorite part about the store is the 5 friendly cats they have running around. They are by far my favorite part of coming here since Im not usually the biggest shopper. Their womens selection is definitely bigger than the mens, but thats pretty normal for most stores and what they have in the mens section that Ive seen is pretty great. I think Iconoclad is a great store/business and I look forward to coming back soon.

These guys are awesome! Great selection of clothing, and cats that you can visit with while you shop. Ive made note of several people saying they were watched rather closely by staff. Guys and gals, theres a reason for it. They have been hit rather hard by shoplifting jerks that have caused them to have to be on alert. Tom, the owner is a great guy, and takes pride in being a part of our community.

Tried out the online shop and curbside pick up. It was awesome (as the iconoCLAD experience always is). Even got my choice of sticker and a drink koozie over the phone when I called from the parking lot! Shop their online store and support them during this crazy time if you can!

Better than your typical thrift shop, but the prices of their new items is a bit higher than youd find in a dive thrift shop. If you go in expecting a high quality treasure hunt and pay attention to the sale tags, you will LOVE IconoCLAD!Their loyalty point system is also significantly better than other local shops in the same catagory.

First time going there and had some stuff I thought I could trade in but the lady instantly told me in a very rude way that they were consignment only! I guess I don’t look like the normal people who go there so they feel the need to be rude or clicky definitely don’t waste your time or money here which kind of sucks because I like supporting local small shops.

This hidden gem is my new first-stop when shopping for clothes. They curate such interesting wonderful pieces and at a great price. Plus, the shop cats are adorable.

Bought some masks and after a week two of them started to fall apart. The stitching was horrible and was probably made quickly and not done right. And never offered any refund.

We had a lovely time. I even found a spectacular bra. We will be back definitely

Been here a couple of times but just recently made an account with them and I can’t believe how much money I made back ! But besides that, This is one of the best stores in SLC. Always coming in clutch for last minute rave gear and accessories. And every employee there is extremely nice and helpful . I always recommend this place to anyone who’ll listen lol .

The staff and ownership has been so kind and professional, very creative and supportive of their community at large. They care and they show it. And I can always count on being cheered up when I walk into their store. The selection is always the best.

I loved the selection and had fun browsing around, this was my first time in this shop. I found an awesome pair of snow boots for a great price! My son loved the cute shop cats. While I realize this isn’t a children’s clothing store, the individuals working the day I came in were dropping the F word quite frequently, right in front of my son. The topic of conversation was not only filled with swear words but wasn’t a conversation I would have expected to hear in a retail setting.I’m a pretty relaxed parent but there’s just some things you don’t want your kid hear.I will definitely be back but will only do so if my kid isn’t with me.

It sounds super melodramatic but this shop changed my life. I don’t really fit the profile of a “rave” or “festival girl” so I never went in before I started working at the smoke store next door. Thanks to the shops fun atmosphere, fashion forward style, supportive staff and affordable prices I am 100% more confident, stylish, and bold then I was just a year ago. This was my first time to iconoCLAD, I had heard a lot about it from others, all of them seemed to like it.Its not like other second hand stores... they also have new items and the used items are very well cared for, and they are brought in on consignment. The store is not over packed with clothing making it hard to look through. It is a small store, but clean and cute, they even have 2 store cats running around, making you feel at home and welcome.The clothing is so versatile, they have a little bit of everything and something for everyone.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, was because they only have 3 dressing rooms. We were there when it was getting busy and had to wait...some customers were not aware of the list they put you on for the next in line and this caused some craziness.When we were ready to check out, we had to wait in an unorganized line, so no one really knew who was next. When we got to the counter, each employee that we had dealt with was very professional and nice even with the craziness going on around them....I would definitely recommend this store to others, the prices are great and there is some happiness for everyone in the clothing selections, and if you dont want to shop, you can always be one of the customers on consignment or both.When the picture was taken, I wasnt thinking about using it in a review, sorry you cant see much of the store.

Interesting little consignment store. I really liked the merchandise. I would have bought more had I felt more comfortable. You have to leave your purse with an associate to get into the fitting room which is absurd to me. I’d suggest a different form of security for their merch; but based on other reviews and comments via customer and owner it seems their system works just fine for them. Even if it makes shoppers uncomfortable.

I went here with my sister who was in town visiting family. Overall we enjoyed their selection of clothes. However, we did not enjoy being watched like hawks and treated like we were going to steal something. They followed us throughout the store. When my sister wanted to try something on he told her to leave her purse behind the register. I said no, I will hold it. They expect us to trust them with our purses but they cant trust us in the dressing room with their merchandise. I understand that shoplifting is an issue in their store but they need to invest in security tags and stop treating customers like criminals, so that your customers can have a more enjoyable experience.In response to the owner:I wouldnt call how I feel about being targeted and followed for my entire duration in your store as being as you called it fussy it was highly unprofessional. You could invest in security tags as stated above, which are relatively cheap or have a count out system of how many items go into the dressing room and how many items come out. Simple.

I love this place! It not only gives you a place to take your preciously loved clothes, but what they dont take they donate to a good cause. They are friendly, laid back folks, with house kitties roaming free in the store and it is just an all over good, warm and fuzzy experience. I plan on supporting their business every chance I get.

I stopped in yesterday to visit the store cats and browse around. I was waiting for my son to call me, we were preparing so say goodbye to our beloved cat Tucker later in the day. The ladies at this store were very kind, offered my tissues, listened to me cry and hugged me....so sweet. I browsed for a bit and had some items picked out to try on. The unfortunate part of this is being asked to leave my purse with the employees while I was in the dressing room. Not everybody is a thief and I dont appreciate being treated like regardless of who did what before me. Its too had, they probably would have made a sale and I would have kept coming back. Nevertheless I handed the employee my items I was going to try on and proceeded to leave immediately. I will not be returning, I can go other places and try on secondhand merchandise without giving up my belongings to someone I dont know and am not sure if they are honest or not, thanks but NO THANKS!!

Ok selection, great prices for buyers but sellers beware. This business takes items on consignment from individuals and makers of handmade accessories, etc. What’s hidden in the fine print is that they don’t cover anything “shoplifted” from the store.. After the owners contacted me I agreed to change my review. They’ve been a bit pushy, but overall made things right. I wish it hadn’t taken a review on Google to make things right.

I was shopping for my husband who wasnt with me. I had approximately 15 items in my hands. I advised them I wouldnt know if they all fit him and might need to return. They told me NO RETURNS regardless. I unfortunately sat them all down and left. They lost probably $300.00 in sales. Im pretty sure that I wouldnt have returned not even 1.

I always go into Iconoclad for just one thing and leave 3 or 4 things later. Their items are very reasonably priced and always in good condition. Their staff is SUPER friendly and they have some super cute kitties that like being pet while you shop (and I love them.)They also have some cool local items, and a nice shoe selection. Ive recently sold some items here, and the process was super painless. Its easy to check up on your balance online, which is beyond convenient. They also gave me a lot more than I was expecting for the items.Lastly. Each receipt Ive received has a coupon for your next purchase, and you can get an instant 10% off in store by posting a picture online. So not only are they budget friendly, but theyre handing out coupons too!

I absolutely love this store, the items arent expensive, the family is amazing and sweet(including the cats) and the clothes fit my style perfectly (which is insane bc ive never been to a store that fits my Style) A lot of people have commented negatively about not being able to bring your bag into the dressing room, but i dont mind it because a. Why would you need to bring it in there with you, and b. They are easy going about it so theres no reason for someone to get upset about it(unless they really do have bad intentions)You can definitely tell vibes off of someone from a conversation and their body language. It makes me laugh that customers throw a fit because a business is trying to protect their items. I love you guys!

I have seen previous reviews bashing this store. I saw one review in particular saying that this store is for “e-cig losers.” That same review has also said that the cashiers are rude, snotty. This is FAR from the truth.This store has been here for me for me through my life phases. I always find amazing clothes here! There is always something you can find here, for any style/age. There’s modest clothing, revealing clothing, and every style possible that you can think of.The employees are exceptionally nice and always have been. They are welcoming, kind souls. They treat every creature who walks in as an equal, and are not arrogant or rude. They can hold your wallets/bags for you while you’re trying on clothes, which is awesome! It keeps consignors safe and helps me feel comfortable while trying on clothes.There are even cute shop cats!! How adorable is that?! It’s amazing.I come here when I’m not feeling good about myself. Fun weird independent place mostly ladies clothes but some guys stuff too

Not a week goes by that I don’t stop into this store to browse their collection! The staff are amazingly nice and helpful. They know their way around the stock and have offered me tons of great recommendations. The consignment section is the real winner here though. My wardrobe is filled with high quality secondhand clothes from this store — it’s what keeps me coming back.

A small, cute shop packed with fun clothes. My only negative is that it attracts an interesting crowd. Never felt unsafe (so I didnt deduct a star), but some of the other customers can be a bit...
