I have taken pottery classes from Stephanie, the owner, for 2.5 years now. I cannot imagine a better space to relax, create, and have fun. Stephanie works hard to keep the studio clean, organized and stocked full of glazes and different clays. Students learn at their own pace and classes are a mix of beginners, intermediates, and experts which I love as it creates a nonjudgmental space. In addition to wheel throwing classes, Art Haus offers decorating, hand building, and figure sculpting classes for clay artists. I could go on and on about how much Art Haus has to offer, but my favorite thing about this place is that its my safe haven. I go to class and everything else floats away. This space that Stephanie has worked so hard to cultivate has also created a community that is really something special. If youre looking for art classes of any kind, look no further!

Art Haus is amazing! Tons of different classes, really amazing teachers, and a really fun environment. My experiences at Art Haus have been among the best Ive had in SLC. I cant wait to keep taking classes there for years to come.

Safe and friendly environment where you can learn some incredible drawing, painting and pottery skills. Stephanie is so great with the kids. I am amazed what she helps the kids produce. I love that she teaches them actual techniques to improve their art skills.

I have attended a few paint nights throughout Salt Lake valley and in addition recently attended a paint night at Art Haus. It had all the basic requirements of a paint night that you find at most paint events: wine, paint, brushes and instructions how to create a certain painting. What most paint nights however don’t have is the wonderful instructor and how the night brought people together. Our instructor was authentic and caring; she gave great tips and tricks to everyone for them to create their master piece. She brought a group of strangers together and had us leave like we had known each other since we were children. So not only did I leave with a self-made work of art but with newly found kinship with my fellow art lovers. I would recommend Art Haus to anyone wanting a paint night experience that is above all the others.

We have been fans of Miss Stephanie for years. Our 9 year-old daughter loves doing art and pottery at Art Haus. The location is great and her space is an ideal size. Im glad we found Art Haus!

Art Haus is awesome! I take the figure drawing class frequently and really enjoy it. I have also taken the oil painting class with Hank. A great class for somebody like me who had never used oil paints before. I learned alot about the basics and created some still lifes.

Excellent instructors and an excellent space for making art. Highly Recommended.
