Nice place from the early 19 century. They do have antiques and it is big. It just like a normal house with a back yard. The workers I think do tours. I didnt see no ghost

My friends and I had a great time visiting the house on Sunday and enjoyed the fantastic tour with Sarah. She told us so much information about the house and answered all of our questions and we had a great conversation. Definitely a place worth visiting!

I have been on dozens of historic tours around Europe, Latin America, and the States. This one sticks out as being above and beyond. Sarah did a terrific job and exemplifies a talented, devoted museum curator. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful museum! The curator Sarah is so knowledgeable. She beautiful decorates the Museum for the holidays. Loved hearing this Mansions rich history. The spirits within are alive. So awesome!

My wife and I went looking for an affordable venue to have our wedding and reception. We looked at multiple places but couldnt justify spending that much money for only a few hours. When we visited with Sarah at Poplar Hill we knew it was the place. The history and the beautiful rooms made for an amazing event and our pictures were phenomenal. Sarah gave us all the time we needed to set up and cleanup. Poplar Hill and Sarah truly made for a perfect wedding!

My son and i went 4/30/2017. We love it and found out some interesting history about Salisbury. Our guide was great! We will be going back for sure.
