My husband and I came to Salem for a much needed break. We took a tour with the owner Beth and couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! Beth was engaging with a real passion for the history of the city. I am in a wheelchair and had no trouble navigating the entire tour and Beth was great about making sure everyone was engaged and taken care of. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had while traveling and so much fun.

Very fun and very informative tour! Paige was our tour guide and she was awesome. She had tons of enthusiasm and so much information on each of the places we went to plus some extras. I would highly recommend this tour especially if it is your first time visiting Salem. Well worth the money!

Sean was an awesome guide! My partner and I absolutely enjoyed the tour that balanced historical information with some fun ghost stories! Sean is clearly very passionate about history and enjoys giving the tours. Beth is also very accommodating and made it easy to schedule. Great way to see Salem and learn all about the city.

Ryan was very kind and informative! We learned a lot about this history of Salem. Despite the cold and the snow on the ground we had an amazing time. Beth the owner has also been nothing but compassionate and so friendly!

April was great! She made the tour fun as well as informative, a good mix of history and folklore. Definitely recommend this tour to get a sense of what makes Salem fun, funky, and mysterious.

Paige was super knowledgeable and made the whole tour so much fun! Normally I would HATE a walking tour but it was full of fun facts, history, and even some ghost stories that made me forget about my hurting feet! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be doing it again when we come back! Also, doing it at night makes it a little more spooky!

We decided to cancel our trip this year which meant cancelling our prepaid tour. The receipt was very clear that there was no refunds in October so I completely expected to be out the money. After I cancelled I was so surprised to get an email confirming a refund. It was so unexpected and amazing.I cant wait to come next year and take the actual tour.

The tour guide was great! She owned her small tour company since 2014. This has been my fourth time going to Salem and she has given me new information that I wouldnt have otherwise known. She also used photos to illustrate the story on specific events! It’s about two hours so wear good walking shoes. She also provided us free cold water!

Absolutely LOVED this tour and this business. My best friend and I took a weekend trip to Boston Mass midd October. I was a little late in booking a tour of Salem. I called and left a voicemail regarding the Murders and Mysteries Tour. I got a call back the very next day from the owner saying that unfortunately the tours were booked but she would put our names down for the waitlist if someone cancelled. The next day she gave me a call around noon and got me a spot on one of the tours for my desired date. Our tour guide Paige was AMAZING! She was very animated and very knowledgeable. Even though it rained she did not let the weather stop us from having fun or dampen her spirits! Highly highly recommend.

We arrived to our tour in the rain because they refused a refund for our $35 tickets the day before because it wasn’t “24 hours in advance”. Woman on the phone was not understanding at all. Not only were we wet and cold but the tour is boring as hell. We left after 15 minutes. Would not recommend this tour at all, just go to the mini museums around town instead.

Went on a tour tonight with Kelly. She was so great, knowledgeable and sooo funny!! I learned so much and really enjoyed myself. I would absolutely do this tour again.

If you are going to visit Salem this is the tour to choose! Derek was engaging and enthusiastic. We also learned a lot.

We had Gina as our guide and she was very informative on our tour today. We had a lot of fun learning new things about the city we love. My favorite is learning about Naumkeag. I do recommend brining good walking shoes as the side walks in salem are very uneven. Small group made us feel safe. Masks were required and social distancing was practiced. Still had a great time. Beautiful photo ops at the garden. Very historic architecture to appreciate.

I learned a lot about the tour guides life growing up in Salem, a great deal about her opinions of the town and it’s history and where to get a good bite to eat but not very much about what I went on the tour for, haunted history. I would say it was a 75% other stuff 25% hauntings and history.

Had a great time during the Mysteries and Murders of Salem walking tour. Our guide, Paige, was very knowledgeable and fun! She provided a very fun experience while walking through various sites in downtown Salem and telling very entertaining stories. Would highly recommend this tour to any newcomers to Salem!

Really enjoyed the evening walking tour. Our tour guide Paige was really charming and smart. She debunked a lot of tropes that we often associate with the witch trials and got down to facts and the history. I felt liked a learned a lot. And the ghost stories were really chilling! Highly recommend! It’s hard to pick between so many tour companies but don’t hesitate with Witch City Walking Tours. It was great!
