Not clean,lots of pot holes, very rough road in the park, lots of foot trafic from people who dont live there, lots of cars in the road so its hard to get into the park.

There are a lot of homeless people walking around because of a camp nearby. Often they ask for assistance with water or phone.

Used to be a great place to live. Now its expensive and no management on site.

I only just drove thru here to get to a house in the back of this place and I wasnt impressed with this trailer park.. The roads are not in good shape and it looked like it wasnt taken care of very well, in my opinion.
