I live here and I like it because its quite and my neighbors are nice.

Nice quite place.

Its a quiet and pretty place to live, my only problem is the fact that my lot rent went from $275 to $337 in 4 years! AND I cant drink the water...they say its fine...its not! It smells, looks and taste nasty. Most people that live here outsource their water.

Great place to live but stick rules to get in

Consistent raising of lot rent with no explanation. Then tried to evict us after being notified of our lot rent being a few days late and telling us it was fine.

Lived here just shy of 5 years. Lot rent was a bit steep, though, it is a very beautiful trailer park. I have seen very few trailer parks that could compare to this one.

No background check allowing a lot of shady characters to be there. The water is still toxic it takes approximately 500 a year to filter out the worst of it just to shower. DO NOT DRINK!
