Great course design we always enjoy playing here. The cart paths are in need of repair however. There are many potholes to try and avoid. Another thing that could change are the tee markers. They should stick to colors such as red, white, and blue.

My group and a fun day... course was in great shape....better than what I expected...staff was great and friendly....wish there was a cart girl, but I get it...bartender is an asset to the course..friendly, great service....on the negative end, having a six player group in front of you and then observed a 5 player group behind really slows down play, especially when they gamble, and every putt is life or death.soneone told me that was the norm there on the weekends. If it is thats to bad..that gives course a bad reputation. I will be back for sure. I was challenged and it was fun.

I played Spring Valley twice last week. What a gem, a great experience. This is a wonderful course, challenging in many ways, but always fun. Well maintained course, reasonable prices, and kind & caring staff will have me coming back for more. I highly recommend Spring Valley!!!

I always find myself playing here, Im drawn to its quiet mischievous charm, designed well, and the food is darn good at the bar, nice patio and people are some of my favorite, try the chili when its available, its beer comparable.there is a reason this place is always busy.

The course needs work. Super slow play. The staff were absolutely horrible. Very confrontational and unpleasant. Dont call yourself a country club. Very low class. Golf anywhere else but here.

Quality course, not expensive. Grounds are always in good shape.

Clubhouse needs updating but golf course in pretty good condition considering dry weather

This is a well maintained course with Friendly and knowledgable staff. I will definitely return and play this course again, the course will give every skill level player a challenge.

I went out as a single today.Was met by the owner who personally welcomed me at 7 am and could not have been a nicer gentleman.I was on the 1st Tee Box within minutes and proceeded to have an outstanding 2 Hour and 45 Minute Round.The Course was in great shape.Each hole is very interesting and challenging especially from the Back Tees.As I dropped my cart off I was met by the Pro Shop/Golf Pro who was just as nice and pleasant as the Owner.I had not played Spring Valley in about 20 years.It was definitely worth the 55 Minute drive.Thanks to Spring Valley!

Dont get me wrong I like this place and have played golf here probably 10 or so times. The course has a lot of potential and for how busy I see it on most nice weathered days I would think they are making enough money to put some of that profit back into the course. There is very little cart path so if the course is extremely wet and youre driving a cart youre forced to drive on the grass and possibly make the conditions even worse for the next person. Also the green shape is pretty rough. Very patchy. One upside though is the people. I walked in the other day to play 9 holes, the gentleman was on the phone and immediately asked the caller to hold to get me taken care. Its little things like that people notice and make the customer experience just that much better. It also shows good priorities. Take care of the customers that are at your establishment waiting before you take care ones on the phones. One thing I would love to see the owners add is bunkers but thats just because I love the challenge. It adds a more authentic golfing experience in my opinion. All in all if you havent played here before its worth a round. Just dont have your expectations set to high.

Course not bad. But they allow league players to bounce around the course so their is nobody behind you next thing you know someone is chipping on the same green as you. Not real courteous or professional to allow it.

My extended family lives next to this course. Cant say much about the course itself but the area is beautiful and its well kept.

Nice course, reasonably priced, elevated greens, no sand.

A few of my buddies came into town so we decided to play at Spring Valley, well we teed off on the 4th hole and then the rain and lightning started so we headed back in for a rain check. Well appearently if you tee off on the 3rd you lose your rain check availability but if you book through Golfnow you would get your rain check. Hope this helps you guys in the future for iffy weather days.

Spring valley has always been like a home to me the course is challenging and some of the par 3s should be par 4s. Im sure that you would not want to miss out on this gem of a course
