Extremely rude, the guy flat our lied to me then got upset when I called him on it. Also they are selling mask yet nobody working there had one on. If he had just told me the truth and been honest about it I would not have been so harsh as to give a review let alone a one star. Also I have done work where I get star reviews and I always had nothing but 4 & 5 star reviews and I had over 400 reviews. Clearly there is a pattern here.

Friendly service and very helpful. I came in to purchase an item he had listed on Craigslist. He helped us load everything. Showed us around and answered several questions. Would definitely buy from again. Thanks!

I recently bought a few items from this man via a Craigslist ad, and wanted to redeem him after reading some of these reviews. The seller was kind, patient, (As I got lost and was late) and gave me a deal on the items I wanted. This is also a nice art gallery as a primary business. Overall, I am happy that this was another pain free CL sale! Thank you!

Arrived at the gallery about 15 minutes prior to opening. Decided I would check out some of the other businesses rather than sit in my car. As I was walking away the owner pulled up and told me to move my vehicle as he had customers coming. He then continued to back in directly in front of the door. Well Sir, I was going to be one of those customers, but not after that interaction.

I came by to look at a sofa this gentleman posted on craigslist. Firstly, he was very gruff and salty on the phone because I told him I could meet him within an hour. He pointed out that it was Fathers Day, which I understood completely and immediately offered an alternative option of coming by the following Monday. I explained that I would need to come after work and he stated that he would prefer to wait an hour today rather than an hour and a half tomorrow. Fair enough. When I arrived he made a comment about the size of my car and not being able to haul the couch away that day, which was perplexing because I had specifically asked to come and LOOK at the couch as he had only posted one picture online. Had I liked it, I planned to offer him a deposit and come by with a truck the following day, but he was just a mean guy and the thought of supporting him in any fashion made my stomach churn.Im always stunned when I encounter people like this, whose baseline disposition is rude and generally unpleasant. After I declared that the couch was not the right color for my place and thanked him for his time he never said another word. Not one word. If you see this man, please give him a hug, not only because he so clearly and desperately needs one, but because I know it will make him terribly uncomfortable.Addendum to address owners response:1. I originally emailed Dwight that morning and he called me within minutes in order to set the appointment to come and look at the couch. I was still having coffee in PJs and knew it would take a little bit for me to get ready to leave the house, hence my quoting him an hour for arrival time. I did not lie to him. I dont lie in general, and certainly not to total strangers from craigslist. What would I have to gain from that lie? This guy would have you believe that I was maniacally laughing from the comfort of my home shouting Im going to make you wait one full hour on Fathers Day! Muahahaha! Why would I want to keep a stranger away from his family on Fathers Day? Give me a break.2. Google the address of this business and it will clearly show you a picture of a building that is downtown. Its a picture of a framing store. Its an honest mistake. I put the address in my GPS, and thats where it brought me. I called him for clarification.3. Hate in my heart. *sigh* The fact that I feel obligated to defend my character on the internet after leaving an honest and accurate google review is new territory for me. I will say this: having hate in [my] heart is not a dominant feature of my personality, per friends, acquaintances, colleagues, or strangers, . Even the majority of Google reviews Ive left have been positive because I think good business deserves recognition. This dude has three reviews all of which describe him as unkind at best and shady at worst. Every response he posts is a complete contradiction to that of the reviewers. He doesnt even take the time to concoct a similar but more favorable version of their account. He just makes things up.Good luck to you Dwight.

Seller had an ad on Craigslist that I responded to. I asked for more photos of the item to see if it was damaged. The owner said he couldn’t provide more photos but that the item was not damaged. After driving over an hour to his address I realized it was an actual business, not a private seller. The item had substantial damage. Further, he tried to jack the price up to $250 when I arrived. The price in the Craigslist listing was $150. He tried to tell me this was a great deal for an item with a MSRP of $900, which was another lie. The item new cost $599 anywhere, and it was 6 years old. I will never do business with this outfit ever again. They baited me with fuzzy photos on Craigslist and we’re dishonest during the sales process.
