We purchased seven ornaments and a cup which came up to about $150. And because of Covid she’s close down and doing to go kits. For all the ornaments in the cup she gave us very little paint for the amount of work that needed to be done. This was a gift and the people who ended up decorating them ran out of paint so they ended up using some pants they had at home which I understand is their fault for not asking first. It’s just really frustrating that we weren’t given enough paint to do the jobs and I wasted $150 on ornaments that were supposed to be special to us and now have a mug that is complete useless. I know times are hard and Covid is messing everything up but it just sucks that now the memory of this pottery place that I’ve had positively for years is now completely tainted and I don’t ever wanna come back.

We love this place! Very affordable, the staff goes above and beyond and are very helpful, and my kids have such a good time painting here and so do I!

My daughter and I loved it. Great staff, great selection of things to paint. We got great tips and directions on how to do it. Their COVID precautions put me at ease too.

Nice staff. Very busy at times. They have everything from simple tiles to detailed figurines. Fun and open atmosphere. Paint brushes could be a little better, but not unmanageable. An enjoyable family outing.

So much do I love this place! The bird and little dog there are the sweetest and the laid back atmosphere is amazing! Plus it’s huge and great for date night or a fun time with the kids. I really enjoyed the glass cutting, they turn out so cool!

I came in with a friend for a couple of hours and it was a lot of fun! The selections are massive -- fom the pieces you can paint, to colors of paint, to the WAY you can apply the paint.. you have so many choices! Before we left I picked up a little box for my 4 year old daughter that we can come back and paint anytime over the next 3 months for $15! I cant wait to go back with her.

Just took the family and had a great time. Staff was awesome and the place clean. We came from out of town and cant wait to get what we made in the mail once it is fired.Prices were a little more than I would have expected. $16 - $20 for a coffee mug - with that being said Id be happy to pay that if the items had made in the USA stamped on the bottom rather than made in China.

I must say this is one of the greatest ideas that have ever come to Oregon as it really brings a family together. Everyone is super friendly and great stuff! The only reason for a 4 star is I feel the prices are a tad high... It is easy to spend hundreds when you have a family of 5 or more. There are lower costing items but we didnt find any we like. But they do add things! We will be back!

The guy there that helped us was amazing. He was so funny and kind and very helpful wish i would have gotten his name. They have. Sweet dog that roams around. I suggest call and set up a day to go because they are busy. Its a fun shop if u dont finish u can come back to finish. Has a wheelchair ramp.

I love, love, love this place. There are soo many things to do, glass, ceramics, clay. They are always eager to help and/or give you suggestions. Theyre really so nice. Im at RedwoodHeights Assisted livingand we go here thru out the year. We all love them..

Would highly recommend..our group was 4 adults - super fun evening Yes...was disappointed I would have to walk next door to get a wooden easel...wish you had some there to complete that project. But since you didnt...I did something else. Showcase projects that can be fully completed there, would have nailed that 5th star.

A terrible place. Mean ppl. I usually always go here. So hurtful towards me. Lady was so mean to me about how she threw away my mug I made. She didnt it was sitting on a table and it means a lot to me. Its colors of where I was born, Romania. She was so rude. I was so hurt by her. Black hair. Not nice. :( I am never ever going back. :( She made me cry.

Excellent selection of pieces to paint and not too busy even on a Sunday! Plenty of table space and materials allow you to get whatever colors or designs youd like. I got my pieces back reacently and I love the coffee mug I painted there

I took my 16 year old grandaght here and we had a wounderfull time. She made a sepecial gift for her boy friend I made one for my sister. Together it was a memorie we did together . Loved it

Seems like a great place for kids!

The best pottery place around- The kids have grown up painting here since they could hold a brush! There is always so much help if you want it, Ann & Jon are the best. We paint for fun, for gifts and I also brought items from Michaels to paint for a party which turned out amazing and they helped my Dad decide how to paint a large family heirloom without damaging it. And its always fun to see Cooper when we pickup our crafts!

The staff is INCREDIBLE! They will know you by name of you go in often enough. Prices are great. They will help with anything you need.

Fun for all ages but a little hard to find a spot to sit at peak hours because people love it so much.

I took my wife here on a date as a first time visitor. The owner greeted us as we walked in and were extremely helpful on getting us set up. We did a pottery plate together and there was plenty of paints, stamps, and stencils to help design our creation. Place is well organized and clean. There were plenty of seating for us.

Nice employees and very helpful, enjoyable atmoshere to paint. Wish there were more ceramic selections to choose from.

Its a family friendly place with fun for everyone. They have ceramics of different kinds to choose from or you can make fused glass items. The price is on the piece you choose and you just go at your projects head on. Lots of colors, stencils, etc. to choose from and very helpful staff.

Always a joy to be there! Everyone is so helpful and my niece loves that she can put whatever she wants on her creations and no one will tell her its wrong or bad. Im hoping one do to throw her birthday party there!

My family and I have been going to Create A Memory for over 10 years. The staff is super friendly and helpful! They have both pottery to paint from small figures to dishes to decorative pieces. They also have a fused glass studio.The staff helps with the process from beginning to end. They will teach you what you need to know with endless patience. Theyll help with getting supplies or suggestions on what colors to use if you want it. Theyll also leave you alone if thats what your prefer. And the best part? They clean up after you!I highly recommend Create A Memory for everything from a time to be quiet and alone to birthday parties and everything in between.

I love coming to Create A Memory! It is a fun activity, and can be very affordable depending on what you choose to paint. Im no artist, but I find it very enjoyable to be in the studio creating something unique, fun and useful. (I usually choose coffee mugs, but there are a wide variety of pieces.) The staff are quick to help and make the whole process easy for even young children. You can also do glass fusion, which is very cool. Will come here again. :)

Ive been going to Create A Memoy since August 15, 2017. All the staffing foster a creativity with positive encouraging feedback. They will also order items of interest. They treat all customers alike from babies to seniors. Ive witnessed amazing art manifest and embraced the laughter and socialization one feels while creating. My girlfriend of 3 years and I just drove up here from Springfield to finish our projects before she has to move out of state for a new job. We planned a nice last date, and I had to spend the last of the money I had to take her up here, only to find out that they are randomly closed for two weeks and on vacation. Neither of us saw anything on their website, and now she doesnt get to finish her project at all, Im out the last $40 to my name, and weve wasted half of the last day we have together. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me regarding this place randomly being closed. I have a close friend that used to work there too, and it just sounds like the owner has her head up her ass. Im not finishing my project. Ive already paid way too much and this place just pisses me off now.
