Its been a few years since Elsinore Gallery helped me with a project near and dear to my heart. For years, my Grandmothers lace wedding gown lived folded up in a plastic bag in the linen closet. Its just a simple A-line gown, but is all hand-made lace, and was in incredible condition all things considered. (Perspective: her daughter, my Mom, passed away two years ago at the age of 97, so this gown is incredibly old!) Elsinores owner and his wife helped me pick out a suede-cloth backing, a custom frame, and his wife arranged and hand-tacked the gown to the suede-cloth. The gown was then assembled in a shallow shadow-box assembly with museum glass, etc., and now proudly resides on the wall in my living room. (Sadly, I dont have any photos of Grandma wearing it, but Ive included a photo here of her around the time of that marriage in 1900.) Its beautiful and Im so very grateful for the help of the Elsinore Gallery folks!

Another very good framing experience!Needed to frame an acrylic work on paper for the Oregon Sate Fair 2019Fine Arts show. Brent & I agreed on a mat color, and a nice looking but not expensive frame. So professional! and great turn-around time too!

The only place to find art that will captures your heart and soul here in Salem. With pieces from $100.00 to $20,000.00 youre guaranteed to find something youll love. They also include more local/regional artist than they used to; yet their quality continues to exceed all expectations. Even if you are not in the market to buy something you should still go there. As a gallery they display such a wide variety of art, including a section where they spotlight individual artists (which changes monthly) - and they do not charge for gallery visits. As for their framing, the workmanship is beyond compare & their prices remain competitive. Elsinore Framing & Fine Art is easy to miss unless you are looking for it - but it is so worth looking for. Theres lots of free parking nearby & their proximity to the convention center makes it such a nice part of downtown to explore.

I needed a bathroom mirror with a special color combo( bronze wood finish with fine copper trim) to match the decor of my newly remodeled powder room. After wasting my time shopping 6 other stores looking for the impossible mirror, I stopped at Elsinore in Hobby Lobby to see if they could make me a frame that I could just put a mirror in. They had the EXACT color frame on which they added a delicate copper inner liner ..sized perfectly and reasonably priced....at last !!! ... had it within a week and it was lovely.

I love the beautiful frame job that Brent did on my huge bathroom mirror! Whenever I visit, there’s always friendly people ready to help, and free candies to snack on while I sit. First Wednesday at this gallery is always fun, with nice receptions with tasty food, and live music quite often. This gallery is a very classy place to view, enjoy, purchase or frame art.

I have several limited addition art prints that my parents have collected over the years. They would like to know the value of each print and are considering selling some. The staff at Elsinore Framing was very helpful providing estimated values for the prints and offering space on their online art shop where art can be consigned. I have not done that yet but there will be a time soon that I will take this offer.Jon

They have custom framed two special needlework pieces for me and both have turned out spectacular. I am working on another one and looking forward to having them frame it when its finished. They take their time to do an excellent job and make really constructive suggestions about coordinating frames and mats, but leave the final decision up to the customer. Top flight shop and I wont go anywhere else with my precious needlework.

As an artist, Elsinore has been very good to me. They have shown my artwork, with wonderful lighting, in places that are easily visible by their customers or people just passing by on the street. They have sold some paintings and I look forward to them selling more. The help is always friendly and I will be visiting them again soon.

Elsinore Framing has done many custom frame jobs for me. I had created an oil painting needed a custom frame created for the artwork. The interaction for selecting the materials was fast and the frame was created quickly and with good quality. The best framers for miles around. I always love what they pick and how its finished. Elsinore is also one of my favorite galleries to hang my work. And one of my favorite galleries to look at other artists work.

Expensive, but they corrected a mistake that another Framing shop was unable to correct in a stretching. It would be hard to justify taking more expensive things elsewhere if I just have to have them fixed. Would have them do more work for me, but I would have to make sure it was worth having them do the work.
