We rented a space on the second floor as an art studio and left due to mismanagement and refusal to listen to tenant requests for safety.The building was broken into on April 11th, the management did not notify us, it took the police calling us to let us know. When we showed up there was blood from the person who broke in on the doors handles and fire extinguishers debris in our space. Again, there was no warning or communication from management about this. Our door had been kicked open and our space was destroyed, management had not even bothered to check in after it was broken into until later that day, leaving my space completely open to anybody that walked in. At this point management finally showed up and had a cleaning crew arranged to clean up the area, after we had already done most of the work.We spoke to the owners of the building shortly after and requested that the building, or at least the second floor be locked, this was ignored. Since the door to my space was completely broken we moved our belongings out to a temporary space while the door was replaced, it wasn’t fixed until about a month after. They continued to charge me rent even though We could not use the space. After mulptiple attempts to reach management and ownership about this and being ignored we decided to leave.If you are thinking about renting there, there are other spaces downtown. Save yourself the money and risk of being broken into with no response or action from management.

My wife rents a studio and we are trying to contact 4 Elements Property Management, but they have repeatedly ignored our requests for contact. Not quite sure where to go from here.

Escape room was a fun way to hang out with co-workers. Poe room could use better lighting.

There is a super cute childrens clothing and toy store on bottom floor, called LOLPlay.
